Our experience has been great with this company. Being new to polytunnels and building them, the staff were very helpful over the phone, the standard frame was quick and easy to assemble and seems solid. I am thrilled with the result. The company honoured and processed the refund of some clamps which were not needed in the end. Good communication via email and overall customer service.
I highly recommend.

We purchased the 6x3 Extreme Polytunnel (frame only) on 26/8 happy to wait the estimated 5 days delivery. It arrived on the 28/8. Ordered through a third party as it was £50 cheaper than going direct, so it definitely pays to shop around. Having had a commercial polytunnel at work for many years this one is for home now we are retired. I have to say, we are suitability impressed with the quality. Assembly was quick and relatively easy. I assembled whilst hubby prepared the plot. Make sure you study the images, put the tubes the correct way round. I did deviate from the instructions slightly, finding it easier to 'dry fit' the sides before installing the roof arches. The whole process took 2-3 hours of steady work, including a couple of tea breaks! Here are my tips... ditch the spanner provided! (Think christmas cracker gift) I used a 10mm socket for the majority of the work although you will need to resort to the spanner for the nuts where the frame joins the bottom corner braces. Dry fit everything first. I found a few of the pipes were a struggle to fit together. Some of the pipes had been slightly flattened, I suspect this was due to transit. Not enough to impede assembly but did require a bit of wiggling! Take time to observe the assembly diagrams. All the pieces interlock together so you have to think about the sequence you are going to work. Don't tighten the nuts until all the pieces are together! If you are installing staging with the wrap around pipe clamps you might want to fit the brackets as you assemble the frame. I cannot comment on the quality of the covers as we purchased the frame only. Awarded five stars only because of the spanner and the slightly flattened pipes (only a few). Maybe some more robust packaging would resolve this? Overall we are very impressed with the quality for the price. We have assembled in an area protected from prevailing winds so only time will tell as to the durability.

I purchased a polytunnel from them which has withstood storms well. Tho I had to build a door I'd say it's a decent polytunnel for the price. My only issue was that the mesh in the vents disintegrated. A while back I emailed crocodile trading just to enquire how would I go about repairing them. I was stunned as they asked for my address and said they would send me a new cover free of charge.
And to my surprise they did exactly that. Such a kind thing to do. Thankyou Crocodile Trading (I added a date below but cannot remember precisely).
