Buggy website and non existent customer service
Complete mess of a website. I ordred the wrong size (my error). They say you can only change within 30 min of ordering. I contacted customer service but after 24 hours of chasing got an AI reponse.
I then replaced the order using a discount code I had. That then bugged and didn't go through and on the second attempt the code didn't work so it was more expensive. After that I put it through on my PayPal so that it would work. They then altered the delivery address to the one on my Paypal without saying so and I still havent recieved a confirmation email an hour later. Complete mess.

An awful experience. Refunds policy is in the dark ages. Customer service is using dial up. Still awaiting a refund. 14 working days to obtain money back is truly dreadful. Returned item on the 16th December. Still waiting now and it’s the 10th January.
Stay clear of this company
Bought a pair direct from crocs. Did not fit have tried to exchange .Refused as over 30 days .I bought them in November for a Christmas present. Unworn still in packaging. Stay clear buy somewhere else

Disgrace of a company. Ordered a month ago and still not arrived. Keep getting the online chats closed when trying to resolve the issue. Get promised replacements but no confirmation arrives and guess what, STILL nothing delivered. Keep you sanity and money and avoid this company!!

Extremely Disappointing Online Shopping and Refund Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience with Crocs. I returned two items, which were received at their warehouse on 8 December. Despite clear confirmation of delivery, as of 23 December, the refund has still not been processed.
I have had to contact customer service repeatedly to remind them that the items were already received. There has been no proactive communication, no clear refund timeline provided, and responses—when they come—are inconsistent and unhelpful. In many instances, customer service simply does not reply at all.
This lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is unacceptable for a brand of this size. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for a refund that is rightfully due, especially after returns have been successfully delivered.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise exercising caution when purchasing from Crocs’ online store. The refund process appears poorly managed, and customer support is unreliable. I would not recommend buying online from Crocs unless you are prepared for potential delays and lack of communication.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Item came in wrong size and have spent weeks trying to resolve. The order number that was given is not working on returns portal and have had email contact with several customer service operators with no resolution. They are now completely ghosting me and i am now stuck with the most expensive slippers i have ever bought. DO NOT BUY FROM CROCS.

Ordered two items from Crocs on the 30th November. Half my order was cancelled before dispatch, but no refund received despite paying for two items! Online chat absolutely useless (bot) and no UK customer service! How do I get a refund?? Shocking!!

Diabolical service! They sent a pair of crocs that I ordered and the size was wrong. So they sent another pair and they’re wrong too! No one to contact and speak to. Now stuck with two pairs I don’t want and can’t use. They’ve put me off even wanting to use the product myself ever again, let alone buy from them! Meat to be a Christmas present! Diabolical!!
Operating like cowboys
Operating like cowboys! Order was missing two jibbitz but I’ve still been charged for them. Weird customer service setup apparently going through temporary changes which sound like mass layoffs - they don’t answer WhatsApp messages that are weeks old and I’ve had to telephone twice. They told me on the phone they’ve arranged a re shipment of the jibbitz (I had to phone twice) but weeks later and I’ve received no confirmation email and no delivery. My guess is they’re going into an administration.
Best avoided zero customer service
Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, my order was cancelled without explanation, Customer service seems non existent, shame as the products are quite good.
Abysmal customer service
I contacted you 2 weeks ago as your returns portal does not work. I was told it was technical issue on your side and will be fixed. I have been trying every other day to use your returns portal but still does not work to this day. I have tried doing your online chat but each time your agent cuts off the conversation midway and no replies to whatsapp messages i have sent to your WhatsApp number.
I am getting quite annoyed about how abysmal your customer service is.
I want my refund asap.
Sort it out or will need to escalate this matter.
Where's the box?
I have just purchased a very expensive special edition pair of Crocs and expected them to be boxed as I have seen others on YouTube with theirs in a presentation box? Obviously given to them because they are influencers? At £70.00 I'd expect some kind of presentation box not a bag as they are a Christmas present. Extremely disappointed as Crocs are actually gorgeous. Shame to let them down....Rethink this Crocs for special editions please.

If I could zero it I would, Worst experience been sat with a shipping company for a week contact so called customer service told royal mail lost it yet it never made it to them then told company gsl lost it then told wasn't shipped then told 2 out of 3 items out of stock then told everything out if stock was given someone else name and address and they was trying to tell me it was mine, utter nightmare never again would give zero raiting if I could. 1 star is too much. Placed an order on the 29th November and tracking hasn’t moved since the 5th December. Went on live chat and they keep telling me to give it another 24 hours. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
