Order never received. Poor customer service.

Placed an order online May 17th for a “special sale”. I should’ve known it was to good to be true. As I write this post on July 6th, my order is still nowhere to be found. My patience has expired! Filing a claim with my bank to get my money refunded.

Terrible shop! Terrible service! Paid for goods in March! The goods have not been delivered until now! There is no help and solution from crooks! Total fools! I solve everything with the police and the bank! It's a scam!

If zero stars were an option I would…

If zero stars were an option I would pick that. Placed an order on May 15/2020 and didn’t receive anything from crooks except more emails to buy more crap. Emailed customer service to get a tracking number on May 28/2020. No reply to date. Requested a refund today let’s see how it goes. Don’t recommend giving them your money I honesty don’t know what they are doing.

Fool me twice

Fool me twice! I ordered a hoodie and mask on April 9th 2020, on April 26th I emailed customer service about my order and received the standard "COVID" delay email. On May 1st 2020 they refunded me the hoodie, but sent the mask. I ordered another hoodie May 2nd 2020 (this is where I went wrong honestly, thinking round two would be different) and had to email them again on June 6th 2020 about my May 2nd order and received the same COVID email. My hoodie hasn't been picked or packed. I just do not understand a 35 day delay on any order no matter what. They take the funds but then sit on the product...it is a mystery what they are doing.

BRUTAL

customer service is horrendous. Sent email after email for an order that was placed 5 weeks ago. No response until I messaged them on Facebook. They said my order was waiting to be shipped. A week after that they refunded half my order. No explanation why. Still waiting for my product to arrive and it has now been 7 weeks.... no other company takes this long during the pandemic. Will never buy from them again. Do not trust anything on their ads or website. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware.

I would say horrible customer service…

I would say horrible customer service but they just never responded. I ordered masks due to the covid-19 pandemic. and unfortunately my first order arrive and they dont fit my face (not to mention the low quality), so i messaged them asking if they could cancel my other 2 orders. Now a month later after multiple support emails, that they just never responded too, I am sent tracking for the other two orders.

so be aware, just like other people seem to say they just dont respond if you have an issue apparently

Don't Buy The Bundle From Crooks it's a scam

hi i have recived the long sleeve t shirt the ungrateful tshirt a beanie hat and the crooks shoulder bag I am missing sporty block hoodie, broken crooks hoodie, and medusa ribbon t.  the sweaters are valued at 80 each and the bundle is 172$ so your company ripped my off heavy I'm starting to suspect they are selling product that they don't have.

bad company used to like them but they really are crooks they will rob you so don't purchase the bundle save your money and shop elsewhere that will actually take you seriously. I still haven't gotten an email back about what's going on with my order..

Horrible customer service, company is not the same as before.

They took payment immediately for my order. After 5 weeks without shipping my order I tried contacting the company. No response to emails, they were quick to respond on social media tho. I asked for an update and if the items I ordered were in stock and shipping anytime soon. They told me it's impossible for them to see if the items I paid for were in stock and had no idea when they would ship. Their website states no refunds during the pandemic. I was offered a refund right away tho. Money was refunded instantly, then I went and left a review on their Facebook page of my experience. They removed the review and blocked me on facebook after posting. I have been ordering clothing from them for 10 years now, extremely disappointed with their company.

This is ridiculous.

This is ridiculous.. it's almost been a month that I ordered 3 different mask that cost me almost 60dollars and I have no update on the shipping what's so ever.. it even says unfulfilled so I do not know what is going on if I'm getting my order or I'm just pretty much losing my money getting scammed.. fck man I get it with this corona virus situation but common as business you guys should be able to atleast communicate with your costumers and give them update rather than just leaving them behind since yall got the money already... at this moment I just want my money back.. or I'm just taking this as lost.. which fckn sucks ..

Horrible customer service

So i ordered more tnan a month ago, i ordered 2 hoodies and 1 shirt for $180 the same day they released it!!!!, couple days later they have this deal 2 hoodies and 3 shirts i think for $150 and a beanie as a gift, my ordered was not shipped yet, i emailed them about it, they just ignore it, month later i get notification about refund of one of my item, because it was sold out, i otrdered month ago, so they did not even start to ship it yet!!! I emailed them again, no response. I get it it is quarantine time, but they send me email everyday about that stupid promotion, and they active on their instagram. Their clothing is good, don't get me wrong, that why i kept ordering from them, for years, but this time i am done with them, they can't even answer email.

Placed an order from their website, they sent me the wrong size. Instead of a refund They gave me an online gift card in the amount of the items. Tried to use the gift card and it doesn’t work. Sent numerous emails and have not received a reply.
