Scam site ordered shirt in nov now June nothing but emails saying it’s on its way reported as fraudulent

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic shoes last November, as I write this it is now April 14th still not received them after several attempts trying to contact them, I always get the same Email, they will be arriving soon,i definitely not using them again i would rate. 0 if it was an option horrible service

Never buy from this company. I bought some trousers for my husband for Christmas. 4 months later and they are still not here, despite multiple attempts to contact them through their customer service. It’s a complete scam.

This company is a scam - i ordered trainers and they haven't arrived- i've tried to contact crovla on numerous occasions and they don't reply- I should have read the reviews first !!!

This is a sophisticated scam and potential costumers should AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would rate this company minus 100 if it could. I ordered two tracksuits for my son in November 2024 for Christmas. I have still not received them and doubt I ever will. I should have checked more thoroughly but when my items did not turn up even thought they promised premium shipping. I realized that they have no contact number and their customer service is in Dutch and makes no sense when translated. I have been emailing their 'customer service' from December last year and dealing with the 'Anna' Despite repeated emails and eventually demanding a full refund which they have never acknowledged 'Anna just repeatedly apologizes and states she understands your frustration but never acknowledges your request for escalation or a full refund. I eventually released that 'Anna' is an AI chatbot who just regurgitates the same information and this is why it is a sophisticated scam because this gives the illusion of responding and enables them to continue scamming people. If you check their Facebook pages you will see they have been flagged by Facebook and given a desist order.

Do not order from this company under any circumstance - Complete criminal fraudsters !!!

AVOID. They take your money, provide no confirmation, almost never reply and when they do it's in dutch, or a jumbled mess of text. I cancelled my order within 24 hours and they just ignored all requests to honour this cancellation. The are a scam company that make it difficult for you in the hope that you will just give up. How they are allowed to keep doing this is beyond me.

Just like many others I also made the mistake of not researching this so called company before buying something from them. My experience was pretty much the same as the other reviewers. Ordered some shoes, tried cancelling the order within the accepted time frame, no response, emailed them lots but no joy. After around 3 months they eventually arrived but the wrong size. Went through Mastercard to get a refund but there’s too many hoops to jump through so gave up. At least the shoes did arrive.

Ordered 7/12/2024, still waiting. After numerous emails I have requested my bank to try and get my refund on my behalf! Steer clear!!!

Appalling customer service from the start.
Took 9 weeks to finally get to me which was useless as it for a function at the start of December (ordered in November). Emailed to ask how to proceed with refund. Didn’t replay for ages then got reply asking me why I wanted to return item(which I had already said in 1st email).
Replied again and still haven’t heard back (this was 8th Jan, writing this on 1st Feb).
Utterly appalling!

Croove clothing is a scam 😡 ordered a cardigan for my mums Christmas at the beginning of December and still waiting. They keep saying it’s in the post. Beware and don’t order from them.

It could be an expensive lesson learned

I am a 76year old lady with arthritis all over my body so when i saw orthopedic shoes I was very happy to buy 4 pairs spending over £148.00 on them .
Firstly Ithey didn't arrive for christmas 2024 yet I ordered them at the begining of November 2024.
I sent at least 5 emails asking where my order was with no response , then I got a reply that I couldn't read .I then had to ask for it in English.
They arrived after Christmas and I was really upset that not even one pair fitted me they were really small.
I have sent more emails asking for a returns lable so I can send them back .they said ive got to send them back to China at my own expense.
OR keep the shoes that don't fit me and get a 10% refund which works out about £14.00.
I cant tell you the amount of stress this company have put me under .I have a terminaly I'll husband with cancer to look after .
All I wanted was some comfortable footware and im insulted by being offered £14.00 refund .and I still havent been given a returns address to send them back to .
I think they think if they ignore me i will go away .
This is definatly a dodgy company I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them which is why I have given them one star review .
Any decent company would have sent me a returns lable in English and when they recived the shoes back Refund me my money .

I ordered a coat for £80 for an Xmas present on 3rd of dec. Didn't get no confirmation email or hear anything from them. I tried to message them via email and their website and not a reply. A week went by I rang my bank to see if I could take out a dispute. Was told to wait 15 days of purchase. After Xmas came and gone still nothing. Although I had an email from them (in dutch) asking if I would rate my purchase and thanking me for buying. Still not had anything. Rang my bank. Taken a dispute and got my money back. But they said they might end up taking it back if they turn out legit. Well the website is now down. I'm assuming they were not legit.

Total scam
Zero star, I ordered a coat on 29/11/24, no response about delivery. A link was sent to download the shop app. I Contacted them 3 times through messages and emails. In one of the email, I asked for a refund, still nothing. December 29th, I received an email saying that the parcel was in transit through Happy Tooth Pro. Fortunately, I paid with my credit card and in January I contacted my Bank to appeal this purchase. My Bank was very helpful. Today I received an email from Happy Tooth Pro saying that my parcel has been delivered yesterday 7/1/25. Guess what? No parcel received at all. This is outrageous, hope that they will be stopped.

Total scam...do not use this company!
Ordered 'Leather'croc style mules 6th Dec for Xmas present @ £49.95 only to eventually receive what I could only describe as plastic rubbish not worth £5!

Lack of response and have now raised a dispute with my CC provider to recover the money...do not use them!

Absolute waste of space. I have sent numerous emails only to receive the same as all mentioned. I have asked for the address of the company as the website has disappeared. I have now received a tracking email from Happy Teeth Pro to say it’s out for delivery! Never heard of them and the tracking doesn’t work it’s such a scam. I have filled a fraud report with my bank to try and get my money back. Please do not order from them they were trading under Croove but goodness knows who now

I would recommend that you avoid this company.
I ordered something in November which only arrived in January. There was no working tracker from my order and when I contracted the company they refused to cancel my order or explain the delay.

The clothing item that arrived was poor quality and evidently over priced as such.
The company now seems to have closed as the link to their site states that the shop is closed.

I wish I had researched this more before clicking buy. Hopefully this review will help someone else avoid this outcome.

This Company operates out of Hong Kong under the name of DCL ECOMMERCE LIMITED.
It is a scam, they take your order, send a confirmation and the goods do not arrive. I should of checked the reviews before ordering, my mistake.
Fortunately Amex refunded me the purchase price, thank you Amex.

Placed an order on 30 Nov, not delivered by 3 January. Delivery tracking was promised, but my item was never actually visible for tracking via Shopify. I have received two identical (template) emails from their support@ address, with no other contact details, no useful information, and no info about how to get a refund. It looks like they have ceased trading.

Coat and polo shirt undelivered after one month. Their website has gone down. They don't respond to emails. The payment went to Hong Kong despite allegedly being based in Amsterdam. A total scam. If they reappear DO NOT USE THEM.
