The company suffers from logistic problems resulting in delayed delivery (a month for my item) and slow responses to customer queries. However when delivered the product (a cashmere sweater) is of excellent quality. A potential 5 star rating only diminished by product delivery

Firstly if I could give zero ratings I would.
To those of you reviewing this so called company, all I can say is DONT WASTE YR TIME AND ESPECIALLY YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY !

After waiting 2 months for my order,after sending 2 emails chasing my order,with no reply,I finally get it on Dec29.
What I ordered which was a polo shirt 2xl,what I received wouldn't even fit Small,as for the Warm Winter Jumper,well that's cheap material with no warm at all,and doesn't even fit properly when on.
Honestly please dont waste yr money, as I spent £80 and got cheap made crap,nothing like advertised,which will be going straight in the bin as not even bothering with this bunch again.
As for the so called good reviews,I dont believe them for one minute.
If you order items that you want then simply DONT USE CROOVECLO

One star is too many. Can I rate with zero stars? Scan company it seems, over 5 weeks ago i ordered and still no delivery. Don’t waste you money I time

Order failed to arrive, numerous emails sent asking for a refund don't waste your time or money SCAM

I placed an order 12/12/24 and not one confirmation in email. I saw on SHOP app it was ordered. After a week I emailed and nothing. I looked online and saw the reviews. Luckily I used my credit card so contested it and got my full refund back. Also I screenshot my receipts. So had my own proof. I would advise 2 things DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE & SCREENSHOT EVERY PURCHASE. Like to add Anna got back to me via email but she seems to get back to everyone. Definitely a scam

I ordered in good faith on 20 Nov for Xmas. No delivery date given. Money taken on same date. Tracker didn't move for 3 weeks. Hong Kong mentioned. OK- Patience. Then read the reviews and despaired. The garment arrived today, 23 Dec. It seems good.
The communication is rubbish but the company may be basically sound.

Same as everyone else. Would give 0 stars if I could. Complete scam. Paid for product over a month ago, haven't received order. No response when contacting them. No phone number available.

On 17 september i've purchosed 2 shoes from Croove Clothing. On 24 september i've first send an email to it customer support asking them when i can expect my order to arrive. 13 oktober i got an answer from Anna that my order was being worked on, and it would be delivered home soon. I was advised to check the track and trace again in 2-3 days. They said they were dealing with big crowds, and said the delivery could take 7 to 15 days. They also said their fulfillment team was working on my order.
On 2 november i still couldnt see a status update on my order. I emailed on thesame adres again asking for my money back because they didnt deliver the agreements that were made.
Anna responded on 7 november that there was a delay (they didnt tell me about apparently..) because of a quality check, and the delivery therefor needed more time. Again they were asking for my patience.

On 30 november i emailed again that my patience was done for, and i really wanted my money back.

After that email i havent seen any response every since. I emailed again on 12 december that on the track and trace i could see that someone apparently picked up my delivery. I was not aware it was delivered to a pickup point. In my latest email i've asked why i wasnt being informed about the delivery. And that it wasn't me who picked it up..

To be short, Croove Clothing delivers nothing, and demands huge patience from its customers.. Eventually it scams you..
DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, DONT BUY FROM CROOVE CLOTHING!

Trading Standards please shut this retailer down!

Item ordered 7th Dec 24, not yet received. Having now seen the reviews I realise I won't be getting it.
Avoid this company.

SCAM company order placed 8th Nov, still not received my order 18th Dec do not use this site BEWARE!!!

I ordered 3 polo shits on the 16th November no communication no acknowledgement that they have received my order , It the 18th of December I still have not got my items that I paid for.I have send seven emails to them they haven’t replied back I’ve asked for my money back still haven’t replied back to me so I’ve just been scammed £120.00 do not use this site.

If I could leave no stars I would. Selling a 100% polyester shirt as a denim style cotton shirt. What you get is nothing like what is advertised. Zero customer service, zero response when chasing an order. Do not waste your money buying from this company

SCAM: Purchased a shirt online, money taken but no confirmation email, I was promised a text on receipt of order but this never happened.. I sent an email to them but no response. Never received my order !!

This is clearly a scam company .. Be warned do not purchase anything from them !!

Like everyone else who wrote a review...ripped off...no communication took the money right away...

Purchased a shirt for £49.95 from Croove Clothing on 7th December. No email confirmation, no receipt, money went immediately from my account. They have not posted my item, and have ignored all my emails requesting an update. I have then come to Trustpilot to look at reviews and it’s clear I’ve been scammed. I’ve called bank to put in a claim for money back which could take two months. I’m usually pretty savvy shopping online, so annoyed I didn’t check here before buying! :(

Nothing arrived after a month ! Cannot get answer, no communication ...Asked for refund ..no reply ..Starting to look like a scam !!

After taking a month to arrive, the absolutely shocking quality and sizing is appalling. After hearing nothing from them, I went through my bank for a refund and have only had emails from Croove about releasing the charge back but funnily enough are failing to reply to my return request emails. Scamming company that know the quality of their products. Most definitely will not be releasing the chargeback so up to them if they want their god awful coat sending back or not.
