Don’t waste your money

The order took forever to arrive, we received the wrong size and the clothes don’t even look like the pictures. Aside from all that, the quality is severely lacking. Super disappointing experience.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. They are not a US company. They charged me twice and sent me two of the same orders after waiting a month. The return address to get refunded is in China. It costs three time to return the item than what I paid for it. There is no phone number to call. Only an email which will give you a return address in China.

Product extremely late to deliver

Ordered two sweaters late september 2025 as of this date I have not received product. Attempted to contact cross&crown, their website has no phone number just a website, so I explained my dissatisfaction about delivery, according to them they address it can take approximately two weeks to deliver! Why are these special made products or is it because it comes from China on sail boat!Will never use them again and I caution everyone on this product line!

I have not received my ordered sweater. Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Thought they were a U.S. company. Turns out they’re a Chinese company. Gave me a bogus tracking number. I will have to go through the charge-back route via my credit card. Feel very foolish for not reading reviews before ordering.

This is becoming very common now from all clothes that come out from China, I got the same with Old Money London, great pictures, responsive customer service.. but when you get the product its not what is says - I got linen it was not linen - and if you try and return them they wont and the company disappears with your money.

Terrible product quality that took…

Terrible product quality that took about 22 days for it to be delivered from China. They obfuscate where their warehouse/shipping origin points are. They gave me a pseudo- USPS making think it's in the US. Nope, the terribly packed crap product is from Shenzhen. Avoid this horrible excuse of a business.

STOP! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a summer shirt for my husband that looked cool in the photo. Worn just twice on holiday, didn't even get washed & yet the fabric has disintegrated down one side. It's unfixable & unwearable. A faulty, poor quality item. Feel utterly duped. Terrible fast fashion... Should've known. Like someone else says here, I feel like a mug for not checking the reviews before jumping in. I don't doubt a template 'standard' response will follow to this review... Don't be fooled like me

Beware SCAM

Beware - SCAM
Bought a blue 2 piece summer suite.
- Awful material.
- Looks nothing like the photos
- Stitching is really pathetic
- 3 week delivery from china to uk.
Insist on me paying the return fees. Have heard nothing back!!!

But most of all the size!!!! I ordered an adult large. I’d say it would fit a 5 year old.
Uggh - I feel embarrassed by not checking the reviews first.

The worst clothing by far that I have…

The worst clothing by far that I have bought on-line. Paid £57 for 2 shirts that took over 3wks to arrive. The quality of the items was very poor. I requested a return they offer a 30% refund if I kept the items. I finally agree a 50% refund. I'm currently using the shirts as rags to clean my car. Don't believe their silky ads.

Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely no action for a whole week after ordering, when emailed I received a generic answer that as products are made to order they may take longer, this was the cheapest quality bomber jacket in 100% polyester I've ever seen, and as for size, this jacket in Size L is more likely to fit an Ewok than a 6ft Englishman, I can't even be bothered to send it back and encounter the minefield that is returning goods to China, diabolical goods, do not use.

Chinese dropship shit goods (Shein and Temu feeling). Really bad scamming.

Omg what a scam! I am so dissappinted - I want to warn anyone thinking of buying from Cross & Crown to stop and find another store. The items on the images look like nothing that you finally receive - you’ll get something like Temu or Shein shit from china. It is really bad.

I thought it was a US store but it was dropshipped from China and returns cost a fortune in shipping.

I ordered two shirts that looked super cool but once they arrived they were made of poor poly- materials, no sturdyness at all and looked really really cheap.

Super dissapointed. 0-stars from me and avoid - there are MANY way better stores out there. Dont be fooled.

Avoid. Website suggests a US company. Drop ships from China. Products advertised as leather are polyurethane when you complain a return in China is offered. Utter charlatans

Fraudulent shop

Complete fraud - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
Bought two shirts from the store which when they arrived do not match in any shape the material that was advertised.

The pictures online show quality linen with sewed in pinstripe and a chucky cotton knit. What came in the post is printed stripe polyester shirt (in a different colour) and a thin polyester shirt.

When you look at their terms, they basically say that they are not responsible or liable for changes and can basically send you anything that is deemed similar without consequence.

Stay away and go to a different shop.

Update: I have already sent them pics of the items sent Vs what was advertised in my initial email complaint. Was only offered 30% refund if I kept them and 100% if I sent back to china. Also no refund has come through....

Do not buy from this site! How I wish I had known of Trustpilot prior to buying a "cashmere" sweater from Cross & Crown. It took weeks for the sweater to arrive and was not cashmere; it wasn't even labeled "cashmere." It was cheap, itchy lambswool. The website is very glossy and looks legitimate. The site fails to disclose that their return policy is that you must ship the item to CHINA - very costly. And once you have shipped, then they claim not to have received the item. I would never, ever recommend this site to anyone!

Chinese junk

Cheap garbage from Temu with higher price tag. I literally went to Temu and bought and received to verify it is the ‘exact’ same thing. Cheaply made look like sweaters online but it is very thin and not real sweater material. It’s a shirt design. Also when trying to return they make you pay to return it and then months later can’t verify they got it back so out $55 for a cheap Chinese shirt that got lost in chinapost. And it cost $35 to ship it back. So be careful who you trust with your $. I got taken for $90. Garbage ‘business’ with garbage customer service skills.
