So slow. Up to 5 days from placing order to they send the packet.

Your order was shipped after three business days. We are very sorry for the delay. You have been informed that all of our international shipments depending on the Royal Mail, which was offline due to the Cyber attacks. Until this was restored, all international shipments were on hold. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. As soon as this option was available, your order was shipped, and a tracking number was provided. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has halted all inter-national parcels for more than three weeks, which will likely cause another delivery delay. Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience that has occurred.

Good product received on time
Ordered during the Christmas break, and it was made clear at the time that orders would not be processed until return to work on 3rd Jan. Clear expectations for delivery set from the outset. I received a notification on 3rd Jan that my order had been dispatched, and it arrived on time 2 days later.
The brand of product I purchased is not one I'm familiar with. The ingredients list is similar to products I've used a few years ago but can no longer find. I was unsure if it was genuine, particularly as the price was very good. Pleased to confirm that (based on how it made me feel) the ingredients list is probably accurate. I'm happy with the purchase and will come back for more :-)

As we explained in an email to you, on our website, it was stated that for the Christmas period, our shop is closed, and all orders from this period will be dispatched from 3 January. Your order was shipped on 03.01.2023, and you received tracking. Today the package was delivered. Therefore, issuing only two stars to us is a very unfair review on your part.
