We received your order on 29.11, which was prepared and shipped on 02.11. Tracking (FF345357294GB) says that your package was delivered today, 07.12, but no one received it. We are very sorry for the delays on the part of Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the Strikes that are taking place are reflected in their entire service.
