Product did not arrive. I was asked to pay for postage again if I wanted the product. One month later still no refund. I would advise not to purchase anything off this site. Also when I contacted them on their Instagram page about my refund I have been blocked or restricted. AVOID

Ordered but never received, beware!
So first time ordering from here as it was one of the only places I could find a certain pre workout. Ordered and paid for next day special delivery guaranteed by 1pm.
Was advised via email from cross the limits that royal mail had collected it from the them, tracking showing this to be untrue as royal mail are still yet to receive it even two days later... Emails, although answered fairly quickly they do not seem to care or understand the issue, once an item is picked up by royal mail or dropped off, the tracking would reflect this and having spoken to royal mail they have confirmed that they have not received the package.
Overall very disappointed, I have had to raise it with my bank in order to recover my funds as they can't even prove they have sent it.

The Royal Mail courier collects parcels daily. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lost this package at their sorting office before scanning it. In this case, we will file a claim for the lost parcel on your behalf as soon as Royal Mail T&C allows us.

if the card was rejected, it is only the bank that decided that it does not want to accept your card. The reasons can be many, some common ones are the lack of change of address in the bank after moving from home to a new address, or your card did not pass the card 3d test. Unfortunately, such things are out of our control, and I would advise you to contact your bank to find out why your card was declined during payment. Your bank has all the information to explain the situation and the problem.

Good company, ok-ish product.
Good site, good customer service, great range of products. Arrived fairly quick.
The only downside is the product's I've had don't seem to be much stronger than a cup of coffee. It may have been a bad batch or maybe it's just me, but I was slightly let down on that front. (I ordered Rowdy pre-workout). Didn't really feel any different!
I would use this company again, just maybe not this product.

Holy xxxx!! i have only been running Brawn nutrition 5-AT for 3 days and i have exploded and put 10kg on my deadlift total! I dont know how well this compound binds to the AR compared to other PHs, however the reason dianabol (methandrostenolone) is so efficient at putting on mass has a lot to do with its cortisol mitigating MOA, its been a long time (25+ years) however i am willing to say 5-AT is comparable if not stronger! This compound is no joke!

I paid for the preworkout but didn’t receive it for next 4 days.I called and email crossthelimits many times but only got reply 4 days later that they don’t have the product they were advertising that they had it stock at the time and then they will refund the money.Very unhelpful customer service and the fact that their website showing the stock but in reality they don’t have the stock.They took my money and kept it for 7 days for nothing.Was very unhappy and disappointed.
