Crosstown is an award-winning scratch bakery. We roll our dough by hand.

We make all of our jams, compotes, fillings, glazes and toppings in-house, fresh every day, using the finest ingredients we can find to deliver real, honest flavour.

It’s a lot of extra work, but we believe the results speak for themselves.

Quality should never be compromised no matter the quantity, although both can exist at the same time.

We think our doughnuts pair perfectly to specialty coffee, which is why we serve them together where we can.

Donuts looked fantastic at the meeting…

Donuts looked fantastic at the meeting and were very well received by our clients. Sadly didn't get a chance to try them, will definitely try them next time!!!!

Delivery and overall experience was excellent.

We will order again.

Didn’t deliver on the requested date

Didn’t deliver on the requested date. Was clearly some sort of web error but they wouldn’t listen to my feedback and did nothing to try to make it right. Wouldn’t purchase again

It's a real shame

It's a real shame, we love the Crosstown donuts and have ordered delivery many times, but this time it was really disappointing. They used to make the donuts and deliver the same day, but now they seem to have changed delivery partners (whilst also increasing delivery costs) who picked the donuts up a full 24 yours before they were delivered to us and this was definitely reflected in the quality of the donuts when we got to eat them. This with the cost has put us off ordering again.

delicious!

Darcie and Travis did everything they could to provide a fantastic service for us and they did not disappoint.
The staff that were provided on the days of our event were super lovely. We hired the ice cream freezer for a corporate event and from start to finish the whole process was easy and stress free, thanks guys :)

Did Not Met Expectations

Crosstown's service was great but it was quite disappointing to say that the doughnuts did not met any expectations. Personally felt that it was way too dense and dry to be called a doughnut - applies to all the flavour in the box. It gave more of a bagel vibes.

With regards to our doughnuts, they tend to have a slightly different texture from most other doughnuts, due to the signature Sourdough base for which we are famous. This tends to offer a weightier, more bread like finish, which could have been the reason they weren't quite what you were expecting. I'm sure it will be incredibly disappointing for our team of lovely bakers to hear that the product crafted by themselves, for you, was not enjoyed, but will forward this feedback onto the bakery team for their review.

Amazing!

Start to finish an incredible service! The doughnut tower was such a huge hit at our wedding- everyone commented on how amazing they were. Can’t recommend enough!

Could have been better

Delivery charge is extortionate for this day and age and the person I was sending them to had to wait in until they’d arrived. Plus it wasn’t absolutely obvious what was in each box online and there wasn’t a lot of choice, e.g. I couldn’t see an option to pick and choose which doughnuts to order which was surprising.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this feedback on your recent order. I am sorry we were not able to provide you with the service we strive for.

Whilst we understand that our doughnuts are priced at a slightly higher point than most other brands, Crosstown is set apart from these and standard grocery store doughnuts, by the premium quality ingredients that we use, as well as the hand crafted nature of our treats.

We understand that everyone has separate lives to live, and we never ask anyone to wait around for their delivery, which is why on the day we do send out tracking information for a rough estimate on when the treats could arrive. Alternatively, we state on our website that if the recipient is not in at the time of delivery, our driving team will contact the customer, as well as designate a safe place for the doughnuts to be left. I am sorry this may not have been made clear at the time of ordering.

Unfortunately for our pre-orders, we are unable to accept requests at this time, but if you were to order on-demand, these come from our shops, and requested flavours can be given (depending on the availability).
