Charlotte and Steph have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole buying and aftercare processes. We’re really pleased with the house, aside from the expected small snagging issues which Croudace put right quickly, no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend!

Charlotte and Steph at Vyne Park are the perfect mix of the personal and the professional, answering our many questions quickly and efficiently. They have gone above and beyond and this has made the experience of buying our new home much less stressful and more exciting.

This review is solely for a visit from one of the aftercare team: we moved into a property 18 months ago and had a few bits of snagging - nothing drastic but all needed sorting. Alin was brilliant all the way through the process and remained friendly and professional. He was minimally intrusive, really kind and a pleasure to interact with. He was also interesting to talk to and tolerated our 12 week old puppy bouncing around.
Alin was brilliant and his work is to a very high standard - thank you.

They are professional, courteous, speedy whilst maintaining great results and are able to have a good laugh with you whilst doing their work.

We went to see the show homes in Codicote with our daughter as she is looking to buy her first home. I want to say a huge thank you to the sales lady Nicky who was very friendly to us all and gave us plenty of her time discussing the homes and the differences they have to offer. Buying a home is very daunting almost all of the time but more for when you are a first time buyer, the experience can be very overwhelming. But Nicky was professional in many ways, calm, listened to her needs in a home, patient with us parents who only want the best for our children. She also knows a lot about the homes and very knowledgeable on the differences and she also explained about the after care and warranties but we was most impressed by her knowing the history of Croudace. We do not know much about new build and buying one and she answered all of our questions. Even repeated a few times with us pesky parents asking the same questions.
Thank you Nicky for making our first ever experience of new homes enjoyable and for all the information you provided us, we have plenty to discuss with our daughter in helping finding her first home. We never felt pressured to buy one there and then.
We are hoping to come back soon once our daughter has spoken to mortgage advisor to figure out the numbers.

I was driving past the site in Codicote on Friday as I do every week but on that day I decided to drive in and around. On my way out I saw a lady who was watering the lovely young trees at the front and stopped to talk to her. She was very friendly and invited me to come and look round the show homes, I always thought through past experiences that we had to book an appointment, but the lady openly offered to show me round. With other developers I was told off for not booking an appointment. I was in a bit of a rush but I told her I will come when I am next available and she said I will always be welcome to come in anytime.
It blew me away with friendliness. The site in Codicote looks so lovely with all the openness, plenty parking and does not feel like you are on top of one another. I will be popping back at some point soon, but I wanted to leave this review to thank the lady for being so friendly and to say what a great job keeping the landscaping alive in this heat.

Steve Goodchild at Warwick Place was a great help to me in the marketing suite. It was much appreciated

just drove around the Weavers Gate development in Codicote Herts and was appalled to see water sprinklers in operation during a hosepipe ban. We are at risk of standpipes for essential water and Croudace are watering all the grass verges & gardens.A total disregard for the local community Will report to Affinity Water

House buying is an emotional transaction and often decided within the first few seconds!

When I first went into the sale office at the Croudace’s office in Codicote, it was very thing we experience, lovely and friendly sales team member, Nikki, was my first point of contact, she took me around the show home.
And the house was sold.
Everything was explained and there was genuine pride in showing the nicely finished house. And it helped massively that there wasn’t any ‘sale’ pressure which made me feel very comfortable.
Lilli came on board later on but both of them were very helpful, informative and considerate through out the process.

Our chain, at one point, was little(!!!) complicated and both of them worked hard to make it happen.

We have been in our new home for three months now. This was not an easy move as we were our previous home for last 25 years. But we are very happy in our new home. The home is nicely finished, the flow works brilliantly, and it's in a nice neighbourhood in pretty village.

There has been some small snags list, naturally, but the team has been excellent.
Richard, who has been in to sort them out, is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble.
We have been given a point of email contact, I have to thank them too. There is always a prompt reply and arrangement to sort any problems out.
The site is still being built, but there has been no problem in fact it's been a positive asset as the team has been very helpful and them being on site is that, you can ask for any help and it’s there.
I recommend Croudace Homes.

From start to (a bit of a stressful) finish, Croudace has been excellent. We moved into our beautiful new home in Ochre Meadows 4 weeks ago and cannot thank the people at Croudace enough for their help and support. Special thanks to Caroline and Abbie in the Sales Office, who have gone above and beyond to ensure we got here! Abbie has looked after us ever since and is a credit to the company. We would recommend Croudace for their quality homes and excellent service.

We went to the Codicote development last weekend. As we drove past we thought what a lovely site so we decided to go see the show homes. There was a nice sales lady that was really friendly when we walked in and she made the whole experience wonderful. She gave us all the information but what made it more special was the fact she helped out with our little boy who was running riot but she got him to join in, didn’t mind him opening all the cupboards (sorry) and when she showed us to the show homes she gave him a mission to find a strawberry bedroom and a safari bedroom. This helped getting him to walk round the homes without one of us having to entertain him while the other looked round, we felt relaxed and humble. The show homes were very nice and has given us something to think about.
Please thank the sales lady for us. We have seen so many new build sites all over but this one stands out, the sales lady knew a lot about the homes they are building but we felt welcomed and making our son feel like he can be himself without us parents worrying. That to us makes a huge difference. Thank you

Apart from building great houses ( we love ours) Croudace provide exceptional after sales service for the two years from the date one completes. The responsive, professional and speedy approach are really impressive as are the guys who come to the property whenever anything needs attending to. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I strongly feel that this service really does set Croudace apart from other developers.

We had a lovely bloke named Aaron visit our property in north Oxford Priory Grove today. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and made us feel reassured while he repaired a few things around the house. We really need more people like Aaron to provide exceptional service to other residents.

Alin and Andy came to do the follow-up work from the snagging report on several occasions and Lukasz came once for the refitting of bath tub. They are all very professional and courteous. Before they started, they would make sure the area was well covered for cleanliness. The work was finished to very satisfactory standards and they explained what work needed to be done. They followed the details in the snagging report very closely and nothing was left behind. This is my second home and compared to the work with the previous maintenance staff from my first property with another big and more well known property developer, Croudace is much much better. I’m glad that I’ve found a truly reliable property developer.

It was lovely to see a team of volunteers from Croudace Homes taking over our hostel kitchen at Crawley Open House in West Sussex, and they cooked a delicious chicken pasta bake with dessert for our residents and service users recently. From taking over our hostel kitchen to collecting in aid of us. They have become one of our stronger supporters over the past couple of years. We are truly grateful for their support.

Alin has just conpleted the repair of three ceilings in our new build property. Has done a first class job and left us in a tidy state. Many thanks.
