We have been delighted to welcome Croudace volunteers to join us on site to help us with our daily workload. And they have been able to contribute meaningfully to our mission to alleviate the impact of living in poverty for vulnerable children in our local communities. The Croudace volunteers were a pleasure to have on site! They worked really hard and with great enthusiasm - sorting and organising donations of items we have received from the community. Their gift of time will have immediate impact for the families we are supporting.

I don’t know what planet the company directors are on, but not being open on weekends when selling properties is a truly baffling decision which makes zero business sense, it makes me wonder how the business/company is run. For anyone working Monday to Friday, which I imagine to be majority, you have no way of viewing properties or speaking to anybody as all of their offices and phone lines are closed on weekends. They must lose so much business! I’ve never had a red flag appear so soon.

A team of five Croudace employees came on a corporate volunteering day to Buzzworks Association beekeeping site in Hitchin. They were all extremely helpful and cleared and repainted some of our workshops. We are very grateful to your staff for all their help today.

We recently purchased our new-build home from Croudace at Hermitage Park. The entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The design, finish, and overall standard of the home have exceeded our expectations.

Communication was clear and timely, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. The ladies were amazing.

Any minor issues identified during our move-in period were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Alice at customer care department and then carried out by Paul, Dave and Guy who cannot do enough for you. They are professional and their workmanship is excellent.

We’re in the process of moving to Hermitage Park, and Claire has been instrumental in making the journey such a positive experience. After viewing many new builds, the quality and finish of Croudace homes truly stood out as being far more robust and thoughtfully built and exceptional support team.

What impressed me most about Claire and her colleagues, Suz and Sue, was their exceptional level of service, support, and guidance throughout. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or met with attitude — instead, they kept us well informed and helped us move quickly and confidently through every stage of the process.

I had always assumed the house, location, and overall decision were all that mattered, but this experience has shown me just how important the people behind the process are. The team in the marketing suite have been outstanding — helping us make such a major decision without ever feeling overly sales-driven. They have been thorough, honest, patient, and understanding throughout; always willing to answer questions, listen carefully to our needs, aspirations, and budget, and never once making us feel judged.

It’s a truly stellar team, and Claire is doing a fantastic job.

Two years ago, we bought our home in Willowbrook Park from Croudace, and now that we are at the end of our two‑year warranty period, we wanted to share our experience of both the sales and after‑sales teams.

From day one, the sales team – especially Laurie Bradley made the whole buying process smooth and reassuring. She was always approachable, patient with our many questions, and very clear in her explanations, which gave us real confidence in choosing Croudace and Willowbrook Park. Without her support and guidance, we honestly don’t think we would have ended up buying here, and we wish her all the very best in her future with Croudace.

Over the past two years, the after‑sales customer service has been consistently excellent. Julie Otwell, in particular, has been incredibly responsive and professional. Every time we raised an issue, whether minor or major, the reply was prompt, the action was quick, and we always felt listened to and respected as customers. Her support throughout the whole warranty period has been truly commendable.

When it comes to maintenance, we can’t speak highly enough of Aron. He has a real talent for identifying issues accurately, clearly explaining what needs to be done, and then going the extra mile to make sure the work is completed to a very high standard. His attention to detail, initiative in solving problems, and commitment to getting things right have given us great confidence in the quality of our home. He is a real asset to the Croudace after‑sales service team.

After two years in our home, we have no hesitation in recommending Croudace, and we are genuinely grateful to Laurie, Julie, and Aron for their outstanding support and service.

The quality and finish of the home is outstanding! You can really see the attention to detail in every part of the build, and we’re genuinely very pleased with the standard throughout.

We just bought the house a year ago and the garden was infestated with leatherjackets and all the grass died. neighbours garden where also infestated and luckily their garden was resurfaced by croudace and ours where declined. Already reported but no proper investigation has been done and was automatically refused to resurfaced.

I recently requested Croudace customer services to take care of several snags in my new build property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how the issues were fixed by Lukasz who attended the call.

New builds often come with a range of minor issues and in my case this included several wall cracks and a door that wasn’t properly aligned as it should . Lukasz assessed everything carefully before starting, explaining what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand.

The cracks repair was carried out to a very high standard. He didn’t just patch it superficially — he made sure the issue was addressed, then finished the surface so seamlessly that you wouldn’t know there had ever been a problem.

The door repair was equally impressive. He adjusted and realigned it with precision, ensuring it now opens and closes smoothly without any issues.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and pride in his work. He took the time to ensure everything was completed properly rather than rushing through the job. He also left the area clean and tidy, which is greatly appreciated.

Overall, I am very satisfied with Lukasz work and for support from Croudace customer service.

I just had Tudor taking care of the cracks after 1 year since move in. He's very kind and professional. He's not only fix the cracks but also left the working area very clean like nothing happened. I'm very happy with Tudor's work and also how Croudace handles the customer service.

A team from Croudace Homes gave up their time to volunteer for our charity Goods for Good. The wonderful volunteers worked so hard to sort, pack and label our donated goods and we are very grateful for their time. We very much look forward to welcoming you again.

Arron from Croudace has been to my house on a couple of occasions to fix a couple of minor things and to complete my snagging list on my new build house, He has gone above and beyond on all occasions, he has been extremely respectful of my house and has done a fantastic job on a range of jobs, anyone who has Arron attend will receive a top rate job. On one occasion Arron had another Croudace member of staff attend with him and again I cannot fault the level of service and workmanship I received. Fantastic service, top quality workmanship and very friendly guys. Thank you Croudace for a great service.

We had Richard, Michael, Nicky, attend a volunteering day.
All 3 were positive, happy and eager to get involved and worked hard to accomplish the task given to them from our team at Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust.
the task of the day was painting some of our fences at our Dartford site, they all got on with the task and smiled for some photography.

At the end when finished, all 3 were saying how they would be happy to come back and do some more volunteering for us if and when needed.
As a team we are all thankful, and welcome volunteering and support anytime!
