Lovely sales ladies who really do care! We didnt feel rushed with our purchase and nothing was too much trouble. We love our home and would definitely recommend croudace.

I own my own home (£46000) and wanted to down size to a flat. However, Apparently you are unable to part exchange so I shall have to look elsewhere.

This is the second property that I have bought from Croudace Homes on the same development. Same sales staff as 6 years ago ! Just as helpful, patient and accommodating as they were then. Special mention to Susie, Sue and Marta, you were exceptional. Thank you so much!

My partner purchased a property from the original purchaser of one of their old developments, In the legal pack they have made it compulsory with land registry to obtain a legal form from them for completion, now he has come to sell paperwork is required and even after 18 days of emailing nothing has been issued to our solicitors and you can never get anyone to answer the phone in the legal enquires team because its not a new sale they are not interested !

DO NOT BUY from Croudace! After THEY suggested part exchange, when our house sale fell through, they strung us along for 3 months with very little communication, then very suddenly without explanation pulled out! Without any explanation apart from “too many issues!!! (Very fishy!) Costing us £2300 in solicitors fees! Absolutely disgusting how they treat customers, no care given to the distress & cost they cause people. Don’t even have the decency to explain why they’re pulling the rug, disgusting absolutely no morals! STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!

We’ve just bought our first home with Croudace Homes and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The house itself is beautifully built and finished to a really high standard, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

The customer service has been outstanding throughout. The girls in the office have been so helpful and supportive, and always there to answer questions and guide us through the process. A special mention also goes to Dave and Paul from the aftercare team as well, who have been brilliant with their help and attention to detail.

Buying a home can feel daunting, but Croudace has made the journey smooth and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Aaron was fantastic! He repaired our kitchen front door and several windows quickly and skillfully. He also noticed a few issues with our internal doors, which he fixed right away. Very impressed with his work!

The entire process of buying a house with Croudace has been very easy. The sales staff (Nikki and Sarah at Croft Gardens, Knebworth) were friendly and helpful from the first visit. Throughout the sales process they went out of their way to keep me informed and helped answer any and all my questions! Since moving in and being assigned a customer care rep (the very helpful Michelle) both Nikki and Sarah and followed up to ensure I have settled in. Minor snagging items were dealt with immediately and the onsite staff have made me feel welcome and helped me settle in. I am very impressed with the service I have received.

Great support from the sales team at Vyne Park. Charlotte and Stephanie were especially helpful and made the process much more tolerable

We’ve recently moved into our new build home at Hermitage Park Aylesford and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire journey. From the very beginning, the Sales team—Sue, Suzie, and Marta—were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Their professionalism and kindness made everything feel smooth and reassuring.

Equally impressive was the Site Management team. A huge thank you to BM Andrew Johnson, PM Neil Haywood, SM Phil Dyk, ASM Gregory Peake, and ASM Charlie Pullen for their dedication and attention to detail. They were always available, helpful, and committed to ensuring our home was finished to a high standard. Their teamwork and care really stood out.

We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making this such a positive and memorable experience. Thank you for helping us settle into a home we truly love!

I want to be clear that I have already left one review for Croudace, but that was mainly for the purchasing side of things.

I have lived in the house for 6 months now and want to comment on, and congratulate them for, their post sales customer care.

As with any new home, we've had a few snagging issues, totally expected it, but the care and attention received from their customer service team is way above what I expected. Specifically Suzanne Palser, who has been our allocated contact, couldn't have been more professional and pro-active. We really value the care we have received since moving in.

Also, I can't praise Alin enough, he's been to sort out a couple of things since we moved in, can turn his hand to anything. Does an excellent job, you know he cares that you are happy.

Both are a credit to the company, but seem to be indicative of all the people I have dealt with.

The sales team were great, extremely helpful at every interaction. We love our new home!! We have also had a really great experience so far with both the site management team and the guys/girls working on site. Always friendly and helpful!

We visited the Codicote site when they first opened and it was an odd set up to start with but once the show homes opened it changed in a huge way. The show homes are built at top quality, we can really see ourselves living there. When we visited to see the show homes the lovely smiley lady from the first time we came is still there. She was busy with other customers but she still made us feel welcome. While we were waiting our turn we had a quick chat over the Kensworth and she arranged for the site manager Libby to take us on to the site to view the location of the plot we are thinking of. Libby was very friendly and knows a lot about the build and was happy to show us.

Once we came back to the sales office the lady spent time with us showing the plans and choices available. Although we are still thinking which one to buy, we wanted to express our very positive experience from this site. Great sales and site team working there.

Croudace have thought very well with the space of the designs and the overall site itself.

We recently moved to our new Croudace home from an existing Croudace property. Excellent service, highly professional, caring and considerate. The new house has exceeded expectations!
