If only they had told me
The BBQ arrived within a couple of days good price and good product and is probably worth more than a 4. However the first I knew it was going to be delivered was a phone call saying it's here. Had I had some warning I would have been at home.

A Great Experience!
My latest purchase from Crowders went smoothly and communicative throughout.
The delivery was fast and they kept me informed of my order.
The tracking also worked in that I was given a delivery slot for a certain day which was adhered to.
All in all, a great transaction which made my purchase easy.

Poor communication
They over promised and under delivered. Phoned in to check stock and then placed an order online. Received a dispatch notification however they did not actually dispatch the order. When i phone to ask were the order was they said " oh yes we had a little issue with our order and its still in the office"
It really is not that difficult to let customers know if there has been an issue and even simpler to get it sent out if you know its there!
Avoid annoyed customers by doing your job!

Good service, plants well packaged and kept informed.
The plants arrived as expected although there was quite a long delay with one. I knew that they would not look their best at the time of year I was ordering them. Having planted them out they all appear healthy, however, each one came with a small slug or two and I was not too happy about that.
