Product as described, came as promised

Order delivered quickly, item exactly as expected.

Plants arrived on time but one does not look like it will grow.

Excellent service and good product, will use again.

The company did not acknowledge my order and credit card payment straight away and some hours after placing the order when I phoned to ask if they had the order/payment it was "we don't acknowledge orders or payments until the next day" which I thought was not good. There was a long delay iin the plants coming and after two weeks I rang to ask about delivery and there was great uncertainty about whether the items were in the nursery or not but in the end I was told they would be despatched within a couple of days. I then had to phone a week later to ask again where the items were and told they would be sent in a couple of days which they were. Don't know if I would use them again, much better to acknowledge order straight away and give an estimate of delivery and then be kept informed by email. Poor telephone response, it never felt as if they quite knew what was happening.

Did exactly what they said they would do - excellent service

I was very pleased to find the Ourback Meteor Stainless steel BBQ as other like it were a lot more money.
It arrived in a super strong box very well packaged.
It was quite hard to assemble, and took several hours. The Dark printed black and white printed instructions did not help at all and made construction complicated.
I did notice the side burner on the left and the prep table on the right slope down. This also produced a gap in the joint. I was not happy with this so have complained. So from the front view of the completed BBQ it look like a banana shape.
I was unable to correct this problems as the construction would not let me.
I have not used the BBQ as I await a response from Crowders or Outback.
I'm also disappointed the cabinet does not come with a shelf ore a back panel, we have two cats and they could climb in.
I'm sure they will fix the problem and then I will be happy. Putting that issue aside I am pleased with item, price and finish.

A very helpful company to deal with - Customer Service is 5* would recommend to anyone.

I received the plant this morning, which had been in transit over the bank holiday and it arrived looking very sorry for itself, what leaves there are are very droopy. It could not have been posted at a worst time to mail it out on a Thursday knowing full well that it was bank holiday the next day, then the weekend and then bank holiday the following day. Whilst I appreciate that delivery can take a few days, it would have faired better being sent on a normal week day Monday.
I am also very disappointed at the quality of the plant for the amount paid, sadly a a twig with a few leaves is not what I expected, together with the fact that it may not survive hardly constitutes a good experience.

Great quality product - only issue was the delivery person called at wrong house (neighbours) who were out and left a calling card with them. The delivery then came two days later. Not the fault of Crowders though.

Very quick delivery of a very heavy item. The item is excellent quality and superbly priced.

I was notified when the plant was despatched, which arrived the next day.
It was very carefully packed and therefore in excellent condition.
The plant itself was a good specimen and is in the ground and doing well. Very pleased and I would certainly use this company again.
