They took a while to "ship" my order and when the tracking finally said left In mailbox, the item was was in my mailbox which locked and there's no way it could have been stolen. I contacted customer service and they referred me to file a claim with USPS after a week I have not heard from the mail. And this place told me they are not responsible for the mail. In the meantime not product and not refund for the over priced shirt I ordered for my son. Meatcayon and crowdmade are not going to see my business again.

I see their reviews are pretty patchy, and for a while I thought I had been scammed because my order did not arrive. I got pretty annoyed and wrote some harsh stuff in emails but they could not have been more helpful and understanding when they got back to me.
In fairness postage from USA to UK is sloooww, worse since Brexit (grrr) and when the package goes missing everyone suffers.
These guys though, good as gold, got a replacement in the post to me and, OK several months after the original order, they have now arrived.
Just enameled pin badges, but the quality is excellent and not bad value.

Terrible shipping experience resulting in one package lost and the other returned for unknown reason. They did refund but not shipping.
Out ten bucks and three months with nothing to show for it.

Bought 2 oversimplified hoodies, came in bad quality, I'm taking fading design on a guildan hoodie, was charged $40 for both. Shipping took forever which is somewhat understandable, customer support was slow and of $90 paid I only got refunded $70, not counting the $20 I had to pay for shipping. Please steer clear.

I bought the leafy plush,and it ran out after I ordered it,so I'm not getting it.I wouldn't be complaining if it wasn't for the fact they didn't give the 21 dollars I spent on the plush.I barely have money,since I'm a kid,and it felt like a punch to the face that I got NO refund though it wasn't my fault.They didn't say it was sold out and now I lost 21 dollars!

Ordered an item for my son for Christmas on 12/1/20. No updates and no way to contact them. I understand items are made to order, but in this day and age it shouldn't take months.

They make good products and while I did have a bit of a snafu with shipping they responded immediately and were extremely accommodating

Going into this users should understand this company uses multiple manufactures for all different types of products and they are the hosting site for many creative artists to sell their own creative designs. Users should also understand some things are made to order so you have to allow for manufacturing time.

That said, I placed and order in November for Christmas, as of today 12/17/20 that item had not yet shipped. I called the company, one of the owners answered the phone and took the time to expedite the shipping so I would receive my product on time. He was very nice and took care of my issue right away. I expect the quality of my product will be fine, if not, I will rate the product upon delivery. Overall very happy so far!

UPDATE: Item was received in time for Christmas and was EXACTLY as expected!

Ordered the hoodie on 8th Oct! Honestly was expecting to never receive this item because of the reviews that were left. Overall took 4 weeks and arrived in great quality the right size and the product is really good!! Love the hoodie! Definitely not a scam! But does take a while to be shipped if you are NOT in America.

This isn't a scam. I bought a quackity hoodie and shirt. The product took a week to arrive and it looked pretty good. IN THE SPAN OF A WEEK THE SHIRT RIPPED. I kid you not the shirt costed about 30 dollars, and the paint was gone and the shirt ripped. However the hoodie is good.

It took awhile for the product to be delivered at least a month but they did deliver it.. at first I was skeptical about using this site because of all the bad reviews but I did receive my item for my son who’s addicted to plushies he is autistic and this is the only thing he loves.. thank you crownmade for making my son happy I really appreciate your product :)

They are taking advantage of people trying to the right thing and selling masks they can not even produce. This site is a scam and I am so disappointed that famous faces are using this site without knowing they are stealing from their fans.
Of course, there is no way through them to cancel an unfulfilled order and get your money back which is a big enough red flag.

I ordered a meat canyon face mask on may 29th and not only have I not received the package, apparently the product is not even MADE yet. I expected it to take maybe 2-3 weeks but it’s been a month. Awful service.

If I could give a negative star, I would. That is how TERRIBLE this business is. It has been over 5 weeks and no movement on the order. I am pretty sure they took the money and went to their local bar for a round.
Trying to find a customer support line or email is impossible. Save yourself some money and RUN from this site. I should have read reviews and check their BBB rating...an F btw...before any order was placed.

I ordered a few face masks during a charity drive thing (so I knew it would take some time), but that was the end of April. They've just arrived today, June 18th. They are literally see through. They're thinner than airport toilet paper.
THEY WERE $15. I'm all about charity, supporting content creators, and small businesses, but Jesus Christ. Good luck inquiring about the status of your order, there is no email address, no customer service phone number, nothing.
Save your money, buy somewhere else.

Don’t order from them! I made a purchase over a month ago and still have not received an update. I have emailed them multiple times and they always reply with the same thing. I finally had to dispute my purchase with them through my bank! Hoping I can get my money back! This company is a scam!

I ordered a print hoodie. Out of the bag it pealed from the start. They sent me a replacement, not much better.

For brand new it looks more like they've been ran through the dryer for a decade. I have clothes far older in much better shape.
