Love, love all the products and quality! Customer service is excellent, bar none! I ordered all my teen’s back-to-school tees from the Crowdmade website and my son loves that all his tees are uniquely him.

Plushie was cute, and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that it was a little pricey. Overall it was nice, and my son was happy! 😊

Everything was great except the package tracking was a little weird and could have been a little more straight forward.

Okay, Look i was a bit scared when i saw these other reviews, but i have had good experiences, i ordered a shirt and a hat, the shirt was not dispatched within their 3-5 policy, so i went over to their twitter dm @crowdmademerch I got a semi-quick reply, and a few days later it was dispatched. The only really complaint i have is that the support crew is hard to reach, i only found the twitter by accident. Get better email support, Crowdmade. It would help.

Got my pins right on time, they look amazing!

Ordered a hoodie that was not shipped to the proper location at my housing, most likely left to be stolen and slim chance it never arrived. I'm all here for artist expression but they take no responsibility on the delivery as well as their carrier and I'm out of $40 w/ no product.

UPDATE - After a lack of proceedings from my local post master, Crowdmade had made amends to reship the order out of courtesy. I appreciate their goal of providing a great space for artists to create Merchandise and am still awaiting shipping info.

First order didn't come after 3 months, didn't think anything of it because of covid. I reached out to customer service and they told me the manufacturer would send the order again. 2 months later, still nothing so I reached out again and they told me the same thing. I did received it after the resent so I'm guessing it was my fault for ordering during covid as the pandemic was still going in the USA (not in my country so I thought it would be ok) Excellent customer service, item seem of quality.

I typed my email wrong when purchasing my meatcanyon shirt, and their support team helped me out right away and I received the shirt soon after. great qualitym very happy

I ordered some stickers and a pin, and after a rocky start with a mistype that was totally on me, the support was able to help, and on top of that everything arrived two days early (one day after being shipped!) undamaged and beautiful!
