Great response to an issue.
Coffee didn’t turn up. Email to the guys and new coffee sent out 1st class with an email to apologise despite it being the fault of the courier.
You can judge a company on its response to problems and that is why Crown and Canvas get 5*.
Had their coffee many times and always offers good value and quality in a competitive market.
