Put in an order and 13 days later I still have not received the proof. Website say 2-3 days. I sent multiple emails and all I get is a response that my order has been resent to the art team.

Have not received my order and when I…

Have not received my order and when I contacted customer support, they provided the tracking number to someone else's order. You didn't even take the time to carefully look into my issue. I provided an order number and the processing time I was given on my profile yet I was dismissed with some random tracking number. Not impressed.

Amazing masterpiece but poor customer service

I like how they offer fun and creative services for pet owners who are looking to turn their furry friends into a masterpiece! They really captured the likeness of my dog- the quality of their work is very awesome!!! However, their customer service took quite a long time to confirm my order.

The website was very east to navigate…

The website was very east to navigate and there were many options to choose from. I hope it turns out as nice as the sample I chose. Our dog just passed away and this is a gift for my husband in her memory.

Missing an ear, TERRIBLE customer service

Ordered it 5/7, finally canceling it 5/31. Took a week and a half to get anything back, draft 1 had one dog’s 6-7” long fluffy ear as a little nub about 2 inches long (despite all of the ear being in the source photo and the other ear being the correct length). Request for a revision ended with them just lopping off the other ear to match. I sent 4 emails over the course of those 3 wks to get one response back that “my request was in the queue”. It’s now 5/31 and I have canceled. Hugely disappointing. Source photos met all criteria and were high quality.

UPDATE: I reached out to C&P for a chance to address the issue per their response. I received a coupon for my next purchase with them, but they again declined to refund the cancellation fee that was charged.

I ordered an identical product with identical pictures on Etsy and got a real person to communicate with directly, basically an identical price, and I am SO SO HAPPY with the very first draft she sent me to approve (about a week quicker than crown and paw did). Save yourselves the headache and go to an independent artist on Etsy.

I recently purchased a custom pet…

I recently purchased a custom pet portrait here from Crown & Paw and I was utterly disappointed with the final product. The colors in the portrait did not match the photos I submitted and the overall quality was subpar. Customer service also was so slow to repsond and wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue.

Poor Experience in everyway

I was never contacted to review or make revisions to my canvas before shipment. I've emailed multiple times and no one will respond. The picture is blurry, very poor quality. Poor customer service and no phone number to speak with someone. Save your money, frustrating experience.
*UPDATE 5/22/23
Please note that when I contacted customer service per their request (for the 6th time), nobody from Crown & Paw has ever contacted me regarding my poor experience. I think they post the "Public Response" for PR reasons, but they never intend to correct purchase issues.

Artists don't understand instructions

The artists do not understand clear, basic instructions! The first revision went well, but I wanted the head to be shifted. On the following revisions, despite giving clear instructions, the artists cut or modified fur and sometimes shifted the head positioning. I even sent a crude edit I did in MS paint to help visualize what I have explained. I am at revision 7, which is still not what I asked for but I am just so frustrated that I'm giving up and accepting it. Close enough I suppose. Will not be ordering again.
This is my second canvas order from them. First time around there was print quality issues which was corrected very quickly by sending me a new print.

It really was a click click boom in terms of purchase. This is a specific gift for a group of friends, I dont actually own a pet, but if I did I'd probs be spending a pretty penny here. Website is very cute!

Very excited about this portrait

Very excited about this portrait. I ordered The General back in 2018 for my husbands birthday. It was of our little 4lbs yorkie Mylo. What a wonderful job. Mylo passed away suddenly last year and we have been broken but we are so happy to have this beautiful portrait of him. A new therapy dog has come into our lives and we have decided to make Wilson the Admiral. We can’t wait to have these beautiful portraits side by side. I think Mylo would approve of his new brother Wilson, especially with helping us get through his loss. Thank you for your amazing work.

I ordered the wrong size frame and…

I ordered the wrong size frame and contacted the customer service team to see if I could upgrade to a bigger size , they responded within 24 hours and were able to make the change for me, communication was excellent, highly recommend this company
