So disappointed

I'm sad to do this, but I don't want others to suffer the same problems I did. The website traps you into ordering extras. I accidentally clicked something trying to get off the lage when I ordered, and nobody would respond to my contact attempts to remove the extra item. Finally, somebody did, and they fixed the problem. Then, after 2 weeks, (they say it only takes 1 to 3 days to get a proof), I get my proof and it looks CHEAP. Not at all like the others on the website. I was disappointed, so I told them I didn't approve, and asked them to make changes. That was a week ago. Still no response, eventhough I've contacted them multiple times!! My order went through on Black friday (11/24/23) and its now 12/12/23. I ordered 2 portraits at $60 each!!! I'm trying to get my money back now, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm so disappointed...

If I could give them a zero I would

If I could give them a zero I would. I placed an order and then changed it to 3 dogs instead of 2. I have a receipt that shows I paid for a 16x24 and it show it in my order. They sent me an 8x10. I send an email- it takes 2-3 days for them to respond. Back and forth for 5 days despite the fact that I send them screenshots and pictures showing them they are at fault .They will not respond or correct their error. At this point I need to work with my credit card company to refute the charge!! Very poor customer service.

The quality was so poor

The quality was so poor. It looked like they dropped it into a cheap photo app. So disappointing. Did not look like my dogs. Was $100 for an 8 x 10 and when I explained that it didn't look like my dog they offered me 30 % off another purchase. Horrible. Use West and Willow. So upset that I took a chance on this company.

Amazing art and very customer oriented

Wow. So I was originally soured by the slow speed and when I wrote my original review, it didn’t seem like I was going to have my gift in time. To my surprise, the DAY OF my anniversary… the package arrives. Quality was everything I hoped, too! The people over at crown and paw really care about their customers and making things right. I appreciate and am genuinely impressed with how they turned around my experience.

After talking with my daughter it…

After talking with my daughter it appears the pillow I ordered and paid for never did arrive at either her house nor mine. I know this is very after the fact, but she lives out of state and since she received the print I assumed she received the pillow also.

Bad experience

Bad experience. You can not get a hold of a human. I have ordered 2 canvases, I sent back for revisions. It’s like they go to cyberspace. No communication and no updates. Please look at the BBB website before giving this business any of your money.

I was offered a discount through text…

I was offered a discount through text from a robot that claimed to be real. When I asked it a question, it ignored and proceeded. The purchase went through at full price and the "real person" would respond to see if they could retroactively attach the discount. This can change if it's resolved.

Update, there was no issue with canceling and re-ordering. Product came out great, the only reason it's not a 5 is because of the ordeal that took place. Resolved or not, it happened.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Unacceptable and unexplained delays. It’s been 4 weeks now and they finally notified me that the next edit is ready to view, but instead they’ve submitted the same image with no changes. This is the 4th time this has happened.

Just terrible customer service.

Considering canceling my entire order because it’s been months now and they still haven’t submitted proofs with the requested changes.

Their Competitor is MUCH better.

Do not order from this company! USE THEIR COMPETITOR "PORTRAIT MY PETS" INSTEAD! I have a portrait from both companies and they the print Crown & Paw sent me was terrible quality and I cannot display it. The poor quality paper they use cannot handle the ink and it's all wrinkled. After complaining to them, they refused to do anything about it but give me 20% off another order! I refused as I would never order from them again as what I received was useless. This level of service as well has left a stain. I should have received a refund for something they've sold me and is going in the bin.
