Cross and Crown is operating a fraudulent business. The photos of what you view on line is a 100% scam. I ordered a plush pullover with brown elbow pads and brown material that is along the button area near the collar. The brown color I mentioned above is actually orange. The material is equivalent to T-shirt material. Last but not least... I ordered a mens LARGE size. This so called "pullover" would be to tight for an 80 pound man. 100% China size. Took almost 1 month to get here from what I was told by Cross and Crown after my purchase that it was getting shipped from China!!! After the purchase, you then find out we are responsible for ALL return shipping charges. I feel Cross and Crown is using a religious approach so the customers trust them to be a legitimate company. This is a a scam. Very simple procedure folks, stop payment on you credit card for fraudulent false advertisement of Cross and Crown. Hopefully we can run them out of business to protect the rest of us Americans from getting ripped off!

Ordered merchandise in November, 2024. Shipped it back December 5, 2024 due to size and quality issues. Over 3 months later my return is still in China customs awaiting clearance for processing. This company is a scam. Poor quality. Horrible service. The bots they use make you believe you are dealing with a US firm and you are not. Beware. Don't waste your time and money.

Don't be fooled by the US flag on their good looking website! Saw them on a Facebook ad - BIG mistake!
Ordered two sweaters - the XL was like a medium and the Large was like an XXL.
No branding on either sweater.
Based on other reviews I'm not even going to bother trying to return them.

Ordered a sweater, came as more of a shirt. Shipping was sketchy at best. Pretty sure it was not in country (China most likely). Not very good stitching or material overall. I am just glad it actually arrived bases on some reviews. I am not returning because of the hassles in the reviews but, I most likely will never order again from them. Exercise caution if you choose to.

Ordered an outfit that looked nothing like the video and images on website. Really cheap with very poor tailoring. Tried 4 times to return. They kept offering me other clothes deals and would not send a return address. Still no resolution.

Ordered two sweaters (one zippered and one pullover) on January 28th and they arrived on February 25th; 28 days later. The quality wasn't great and like many others, the sizing is off. I ordered XL and the zippered sweater was more like a medium. Also, the zipper was a left-side pull instead of a right-side pull. The pullover fit, but they sent a 2XL instead of the XL I ordered.

I knew I was taking a chance when ordering from this company and the only reason that I gave them a 2-star review is that the items showed up. Time to donate!

I'd stay away from this company.

P.S Also, there are no Cross & Crown labels on either piece.

I wear a medium and ordered that size. It was so small a child could wear it. The company would not refund my money. The gave me a voucher equivalent to 60% of the purchase price l. I ordered an extra-large, it was too small. I will never purchase from this company. The quality of the fabric isn’t great either.

Only gave 1 star cause I had to. People BEWARE this company total SCAM. Ordered a suit, top n bottom to say it's crap is an understatement it would fit 2 of me in it. I knew the minute that I received it that I had ordered from a dodgy site the way it came packaged. Last I heard from them was 20th Jan people beware

This place is a scam. I’ve been waiting 8 weeks on one order and the shipment hasn’t moved in 9 days. I payed the forced place insurance and they will not refund me. The other order, I tried to cancel and they said I couldn’t because it’d been shipped, even though 6 weeks later, it still shows in production. Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t trust these people!

Purchased a small vest but delivered a medium vest.

Sizes for boys than for adult males.

Return policy sucks as it makes it difficult for the buyer to return merchandise to Shenzhen, China, for a refund.

Cost of shipping back the vest is as much the purchase price of the vest.

It is insane!

No guarantee for a refund! Seller still gets to decide.

"Buyer Beware"

Company acknowledged my order cancellation in writing and said a refund was in process. Two days later they disregarded their own email and shipped anyway. No refund was ever initiated. Credit card issuer has agreed to reverse the charge based on the company's own acknowledgement of order cancellation. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this unethical company.

I would give them Zero stars. I ordered a sweater for Christmas on Dec. 2nd. It did not arrive until Jan. 4th. I didn’t realize it was being shipped from China. The sweater was at least 2 sizes smaller than was ordered and labeled. Contacted company via email. They said I’d have to pay the most ridiculous shipping costs back to China. Do Not Order from Cross and Crown- Scam Company from China.

I had a very disappointing experience with them. Before placing my order, they were extremely responsive and communicative, which gave me confidence in their service. However, after purchasing a pair of pants that didn’t fit, it has been nearly impossible to get a response regarding my refund. I’ve reached out multiple times and have been completely ignored. Their lack of follow-through and customer service after the sale is unacceptable. I would not recommend this brand to others based on this experience.

First, you have to email and send a picture of the item you want to return just to beg for return instructions. Then when they finally respond, they tell you that since they would have to be sent out of the country to return, the fees for return would be huge. And you still don’t get return info. Of course nothing like this is disclosed in their online return policy. Will donate costly items and never buy from this company again. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY!!! I used image search and found the same stuff on Amazon for less $. Shipping takes forever as it comes from slave labor in China. What does that tell you about quality. A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

scammers - my son ordered some shorts - no tracking info supplied, when i enquired the response was -As stated across all of our social media and our website this product was only available for pre order. All pre orders will ship in 2-3 weeks, please allow us this time to have your order made and shipped. You will receive a tracking email once it has dispatched.
this was 6 weeks ago - no communication since.

These people are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! My son purchased a hoodie in good faith and paid these thieves £49 of his saved money! They have not fulfilled the order and it is not possible to get in touch with them! Horrible people

DO NOT BUY. It is a scam. I bought a tracksuit from here and it has not arrived after 3 months. No responses from any emails, messages on any social medias. Do not waste your money on scummy people like these.

This company is an absolute scam. My son saved up and bought a coat in late November last year. Over 4 months later no coat. We have tried to contact them via their email address and over insta many times and been totally ignored. Have taken his money and ran with it. Avoid at all costs.
