Shocking company. Son ordered a coat, which did not fit, so we requested a return. They were not responding to any emails for some time, so we thought it was a scam website. When they eventually responded, they offered store credit, which we refused, highlighting our consumer rights entitleling us to a refund. They agreed, but took a long time to provide returns info, including their return address. Thankfully we returned it tracked, because after a week with no communication, I asked for an update on our refund and they replied asking for proof of delivery, which I had suspected would be the case. They eventually processed the return. The customer service is appalling with one line responses, no email etiquette and just completely unprofessional

Same experience it seems as the other reviews. My son saved up to buy a hoodie. It's been 6 weeks and nothing. I have at least had a reply to two emails but they just say they are sorry and the item will be shipped soon with no further information. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I would avoid.

I ordered a creme hoodie,it only took 7 days to be delivered and was in good quality.

Disappointed is an understatement!
Ordered a tracksuit and t-shirt totalling over £100, at the beginning of November for my son’s Christmas present. The items arrived in January….really poor quality and faulty sowing on the tracksuit bottoms so Emailed to request return details. They agreed we could return. Sent on a tracked service and have photo evidence of them receiving it!! Still no refund and not replying to any emails!!! Avoid this company like the plague! Trading standards might be getting a call soon if they don’t refund my money!

Ordered a tracksuit on 28th December 2022. My son aged 14 chose and paid for this with all his Christmas money.

Its February and he still has not received it !!!!!!

Now they are not replying to my emails. I want delivery date or a refund today please. As per my emails. Thanks

This company has provided shocking customer service. The tracksuit I ordered took over 7 weeks ti finally arrive. I had no contact about my order from crown service during this time. I had to contact them to find out where my order was, which was a Christmas present. I was then told that as it was so late arriving they would give me a 30% off. They did big keep yo this as they said I received my order before a further 6 weeks as they decided to print the order themselves. I am shocked that they ah e fine back on what they said with very flimsy excuses. Not a company I would ever order from again
