Top Utility Provider
We have been using Crown for a while now and find them to be one of the best utility providers with outstanding customer service.

Avoid
We inhertited Crown Gas & Power via a property purchase. I elected to chage supplier and before I even received their final invoices I received two very aggressive chasing letters - one of which was threatening me with court action. Thank goodness we are leaving them immediately.

I recently received exceptional service from Natalie Knight, who is friendly and very helpful. Natalie assisted us for creating an online account, setting up all the payments to be taken by direct debit and everything that we needed was sorted so quickly.
