Good company to deal with from the start, particularly Mo their credit controller, good guy!

She resolved our query professionally and quickly. Responded to emails promptly which was amazing and the client was extremely happy with the outcome.

Didn't contact me until 6 weeks in and then charging me extortionate rates. Don't reply to emails when asked about charges and lost more than £1000 now. Waste of money and time. Now sending threats of debt collection -- would avoid

I had an account problem where a recent payment I made was not recognised. I called the billing team and Mohammed Sajid handled the problem in minutes. The payment had not been properly allocated he found it and posted it to my account clearing the deficit. He then emailed me and told me it was done. Well done Mohammed 👏👏👏

I like to have a person to talk to or deal with e mail and simply give meter readings to. Mohammed Sajid at the company fulfilled my expectations . Crown may not be the cheapest supplier but I think service is important.

The account we have with Crown Gas supplies a large communal system that I look after and she has made the whole process incredibly easy and seamless. Would recommend Crown Gas and their team based on my experience with Helen.
