I have been playing this website for a little while now and it's been fairly good. Wins are decent and I think it depends on who is doing the finance side with withdraws they can be fast. But my recent withdrawal has taken more than 3 days to be processed. I have contacted the support team who escalated the issue with no luck. I spoke to my VIP manager (who is now on holiday) who said they had fast tracked my withdraw and still no luck. Keep in mind I have had multiple withdraws before this last issue. I contacted the Customer service help team and they give me the same excuse that my withdraw is in queue for processing and that they are doing security checks to make sure my money gets deposited correctly. That's a lie I have had multiple withdraws without any issues. What's the problem now? I'm a level 5 VIP player and that comes with priority service, higher cashback and higher withdraw limits and faster withdraws. I got better service when I was a level 2 player. The service and excuses have been outrageous.
I'm still waiting for my winnings $240 to be deposited.
Compensation should be given to customers for issues like this.

Been doing Verification since February I’ve sent all the documents they have asked and still waiting for procedures to check documents and I can’t withdrawal my money as they have blocked it until my account is verified. I keep sending them emails but they keep saying to be patient. If you have to get verified don’t even bother because you will never get verified. I wish I could attach photos to this review just to prove what torture they put you through they make you wait till you spend all your money so you don’t get verified and don’t withdraw.
