The withdrawal process intentionally delayed and you are encouraging player to cancel there withdrawal. Why there is a limit of withrawal but in the deposit there is no limit. The processing time is too long to wait..And the support team not really helping..

Same issue as others! Waiting over a week now for money to be withdrawn! They Call you up to make deposits but when it comes to asking questions support send generic texts and say a delay is the issue and won't provide an email to escalate do not trust this group! I won $3700. I can only withdraw $800 at a time. It's been 10 days and I still haven't been paid my first withdrawal. Crownplay is a scam. I've sent live support multiple messages and they will not help, they just say a different department handles payouts. I asked to speak with the account department and I can't.

Paid after 6 days.... I put in $120 then won $550 played again went to $650 played again went down to $340. Withdrew $330 waited for 6 days after 2 chats to their customer service chat. Then I got an email saying my withdraw has been complete. I honestly posted that they were a scam at first ans now I got the money on my bank like its real. Wish I can attached the screenshots but nothing to attach here. I gave 3 because you cant withdraw the money straight away.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Put thousands of dollars in finally win, go to withdraw and 5 weeks later nothing except every excuse to not pay. They then locked me out with no reason, they even said they had no English speaking in live chat. Nothing but scammers, liars. STAY AWAY.

Ok where to begin. Great selection of games, easy to navigate, quick to respond to live chat.
However...... Withdrawals are where they let you down! First ever withdrawal was done and dusted within days by some ' coincidence '! Just to lure you in. It sits in the pending stage for days, probably in the hope you'll cancel it!
Depending on your loyalty levels will determine how much you can withdraw per day, farcical to say the least, it's my winnings and I should be allowed to withdraw the lot in one go should I please. (Level 1 has a limit of 750 per day)
Second and third withdrawal was an absolute farce. Numerous live chats, generic information every time for example..... 'thanks for your patience ', 'theres no problem with your withdrawal it's just a delay ', 'if I could give you the money myself I would ' 'please be patient a little longer '!!! I was losing the will to live. They don't actually type an answer to your question, just hit the generic button as every single live chat was identical to the letter.
Took me almost a month of continuously harassing them before I got my money. And to top it off I had sent an email to support and got ignored until today, after I'd already receive the money three weeks ago!!! A total joke.
Now it's going to be interesting to see what happens now, I have three withdrawals pending, because I had to split withdrawal into three days So I will keep you all posted and change my stars if it all goes to plan!! Not holding my breath after reading all these other reviews!!
Update as promised - 16/04- received part one of my withdrawal, three days after application! Impressive. Let's see if part two and three come through as quickly?

27/04- been knocked back down to level one!! I was level three two weeks ago. Robot on live chat says it could be because I don't play enough lol. I play every day! And also stated that withdrawals can affect your levels!!! Not good at all. I've requested a small withdrawal today, I will update on progress accordingly!

Ok to conclude. Perhaps my initial experience was when they were going through some sort of withdrawal process blip! Here's hoping they have their act together. However keeping it at four stars due to the fact you cannot withdraw all your winnings on one go if you please, that's extremely unfair in my opinion, it's your money and you should be able to access it when you want.

Having chaos with them just now. I have won three times on one particular game, not only does it not update in transactions, the winnings are not added to my balance. This particular game , pays out ok in normal base game however if you win free spins it doesn't seem to recognise your winnings for some strange reason!!
I complained three times. I took a screenshot of the last winnings, only wish id thought of that with the other two . Was advised that technal support will look into it and it should updated with winnings within 24 hours. So if this game isn't operating properly, why isn't it being taken off??
I will update accordingly as we go but im not holding my breath!
