The coordination was excellent helpful and smooth. I understand that communication between different parties can sometimes be challenging. However, improving this aspect could make the process even more seamless. Overall, the experience was good, with room for further improvement.

Asked for a quote and got a phone call back which I missed, then got a text message and email saying they were trying to get in touch. I replied to both the text and email with suitable times. They then tried to ring outside this time and sent multiples of texts and emails. I replied again with times, and they then went silent and did not even attempt on the next day so I phoned them and couldn't get through. They then have the gall to keep spamming saying when is convenient when they never read those times. Useless customer service, cant actually get through to purchase. How disorganised must they be with the actual removals?

I received straightforward and efficient visa support from Crown Immigration Services. The application process was quick, and my visa was approved on the first attempt.

Great support and responsiveness in helping secure accommodation in such a short timeframe. I truly appreciate the professionalism, availability, patience, and guidance throughout the process, it made a stressful situation much smoother.

the two guys Lachlan and can't remember the other guys name, they came unpacked it took the wrappers and they even set up my lounge space it's still in the same setup today

We recently relocated from Australia to the USA and went with Crown for our relocation. The original contact was amazing. He was very attentive and spent the time with me to make me feel confident that this would be our best choice. The uplift and communication was great. HOWEVER, when our 40ft container was delivered in the USA the problems arose. During the consultation and pack was very clear on the items that were expensive and to be handled with care. Lucky for us now our artwork were already in a custom made wooden crate that had been made for a relocation 8 months before and had not been unpacked. However our beautiful handmade solid oak dining table was damaged. This table weighs a couple of hundred kgs and I informed them it needed to be packed well. They placed the table (which was in a single layer of bubble wrap) on its side standing upright. The weight of the table on a metal container damaged all the corners which were curved now have flat spots, the wood was dented and there were rub marks all on the legs. Other fabric items eg bed and stools were packed so tightly that fabrics were rubbed and damaged. Boxes were packed with light glass items on the bottom and heavy items on the top so things ont he bottom broke. Items were shoved into boxes and damaged that should have been packed gently. They even managed to lose a leg of one of our King Living lounges. I would like to say the team here in the USA were great during the delivery and unpacking. I cannot fault them and they were very professional and helpful. We paid for the top level of insurance and so far it has not been a pleasant experience with the insurance. They expect us to have our items repaired, of which it will never be the same having an american oak solid wood table with filler in it, and to be given money to live with products that can never be repaired to look new again, the only option is to buy new products. We will be realocating back to Australia in a few years and I would NEVER use crown again. And I would never recommend anyone relocating to use them.

We recently moved inter island with Crown and had the best experience. From the South Island we had Gail who assessed and provided the quote and was professional and extremely helpful, the team of 3 that uploaded everything led by Jayden who were outstanding, energetic, fun, professional and super efficient, to the move Manager Sue who kept me in the loop all the way through to the team of two in the North led by Dale who unloaded into our storage unit who did a great job in very bleak weather.
I would thoroughly recommend this company, they are caring, professional and make you feel valued and heard if you need any questions answered. I wouldn't use anyone else. This was a big move but made so stress free by excellent service from start to finish.

The two young men who came to pack up 4 cartons for me were so kind and helpful and very professional. They were very quick, but very careful with my precious things.

We contracted Crown to move us from Tamahere, Waikato to Blenheim. We were both impressed and grateful for the service snd professionalism the Crown family demonstrated through the entire process. Our initial contact was with Lenora and from that momenf we knew this was the company we wanted. Her manner was exemplary and personable. The Hamilton packing team of Dale, Kelly and Anthony were without fault - a great team! The Nelson team of Lachlan, Angus and Andy were equally efficient and effective. Both teams worked at speed and kept us informed throughout their phases. Finally, Sue from Head Office impressed with her regular, relaxed and knowledgeable communication.
