Poor communication, order not delivered on chosen date
Ordered to be delivered on specific date, tiler ready - order didn't arrive, no communication.
Loss of a day waiting for the order, financial loss due to the delivery being pushed to the following day
No apology, no attempt to offer discounted delivery charge
The notice that advises checking the items before the delivery is accepted was buried within the pallet and not visible - would not have known about the immediate need to report any issues if we hadn't needed to off load them from the planet as soon as they arrived.
Not a great experience.

You were notified by the following email when you emailed to check on your delivery.
We did not know about any problems with your delivery, and we reported this to you as soon as we were aware.
"Hi Ruth,
I have just called the courier, to see where they are.
Unfortunately, the driver had gone home sick, and they didn’t let us know.
They have said they will get it there before 10am tomorrow."
To which you said that you doubted this was the truth, to which we sent you the following email
"Hi,
As we use a courier service we didn’t know about this until we chased them for you and they told us. The delivery company normally contact you for us but said they hadn’t got round to doing it yet as they had been busy."
And also
"Hi,
Really sorry about this unfortunately we can’t help a driver being ill.We did ask them to try and get on another driver but they were full"
Checking on the delivery note, the depot did indeed make the delivery at 9.50am the following morning.
Once again, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope you are happy with overall product.

Love my new Rome multicoloured tiles. They're just as they appeared in the photos. I was able to select my delivery date, waiting only a few days for economy delivery. Quick and convenient.

Almost the only company that you can buy plain narrow white border tiles from. Very good quick service & delivered on time.
Just a shame that the delivery charge was £39.99- phew!

Fast and efficient delivery and…
Fast and efficient delivery and competitively priced. I made a repeat order as we ordered short. Rather costly delivery charge for small re-order quantities and rather difficult to check for breakages if you are not going to open the boxes and use the tiles immediately. Otherwise all good. I would use again.

Great service, good quality.…
After a very rapid delivery of a couple of samples we decided on the Crown Cordia Beige tiles and ordered 17 packs along with some adhesive and grout. The 50% sale meant that the price was pretty fair. Just 2 days later the order was delivered, no damage and no problems. The floor is now laid and grouted and we are delighted with the result. Many thanks Crown tiles.
