Engineer arrived exactly when he said he would, was very polite and got the job done efficiently.

The engineer was very efficient,even with a technical concern that we had, Max the engineer popped back the next day with a solution.1st class

Service carried out by the engineer was beyond reproach. He talked us through what work he would be carrying out in an articulate and very knowledgable manner. In addition, he explained the methods in ensuring the maintenance of the hot tub for the future. Left the tub in an immaculate state. Very impressed.

We had our annual service carried out this morning by a very pleasant young man (sorry I didn’t get his name). He was very thorough and professional, nothing was too much trouble for him. He spent a good 2.5 - 3.00 hours working on the tub. He explained everything we should do before using the tub again. All in all, excellent service from Just Hot Tubs.

Arrived early did a fabulous job of completing the annual service.

Max arrived on time bearing in mind he had just driven up from Exeter. He was well organized and quickly got to grips with our 15 year old spa. He did a good job for which we are grateful. Many thanks.

Just hot tubs have maintained my swim spa for 8 years I am moving house and they went above and beyond to prep my swim spa for storage. I would highly recommend them.

The technicians did not have the correct part to repair the thermostat. Dismantling and rebuilding the hot tub seemed to take a long time.

Fantastic reliable service all round. From phoning Cassia and Nathan in the office to the engineer that came out to fix and service the hot tub. Punctual, reliable and very informative. What a fantastic team. Thank you all!

Just had our swim spa services for first time By Just Hot Tubs. Very pleased with the engineer who was on time, knowledge and friendly. Bearing in mind we had not bought from Just Hot Tubs we were very impressed. Very good value for money. Will use them again.

Great service, friendly technican who was professional and polite.. Hot tub looks brand new again. Second annual service and will be using again next year

Very pleased with chap who carried out service-very thorough and took time to explain any questions we had. Disappointed to find there was a fault with the wiring which should have been sorted on last service-chap rewired the faulty plug. Understand the chap who serviced our hot tub has since left-hope this issue has been reported to avoid future problems.

Carried out annual service. Dave was very pleasant and explained everything to me. Works carried out as required with no fuss. Would recommend.
