What a great Company - particularly engineer Matt - providing an excellent service.

Over several years, we’ve had a lot of problems with our hot tub and been let down, as well as seemingly cheated. This company has restored our faith. Matt was great! Efficient, friendly and good at his job.
Our hot tub is now working beautifully for the first time in more than two years 😃

This firm will definitely be our ‘go to’ in future. Cannot praise them enough

From start to finish we were given good, sound advice. There was no hard-sell, just honest, straightforward answers to our questions.
Having chosen the tub that best meets our needs and suits our budget the ordering and installation went very smoothly.
Despite needing a crane for the installation the Ultimate team and crane driver worked smoothly together and the tub was positioned perfectly in the space.
In no time at all water was flowing into the tub and we were being given clear instructions on usage and maintenance.
At all times the guys were pleasant, polite and respectful and worked tidily and efficiently.
We're delighted with our purchase and would recommend Ultimate to anyone considering getting a hot tub or swim spa.

I went to a competitor on the A5 who don’t hold stock and said if I bought today it would be fitted in September. This was absolutely no good to me . I went to Ultimate Spa’s told them approximately how much I wanted to spend. I said that I wanted quick delivery and they explained showed us 3 hot tubs . We chose one and the deal was done in 17 minutes. Great no BS and it’s being delivered and installed in 9 days.

I couldn't be happier with my new hot tub and the entire experience from start to finish! The sales team (Kim) was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect model for my backyard and budget. Kim answered all my questions without any pressure and explained the features clearly.

The installation process was just as smooth. The crew arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and handled everything with care. They made sure the tub was perfectly placed, connected everything safely, and even gave me a walkthrough on how to use and maintain it.

We've already had several relaxing evenings in it, and it’s been a game-changer for stress relief and sleep! If you're thinking about getting a hot tub, I highly recommend going through this company—they truly made it an easy and enjoyable experience.

I am so pleased I have met this company, my hot tub is my escape and I just love sitting in it with a glass of wine and some great music, so it is important that the tub is always in good health. I have never used this company before but I have t say when they did a gold service on my tub i was amazed at the attention they gave to every detail of this service, it took them over two hours but I can say with confidence that my tub is in very good hands

SERVICE/INSTALLATION - excellent communication and customer service throughout. Jay kept in touch really well during the whole process, prior to, during and after installation. Good information was provided, in a constructive way, in helping us choose which hot tub initially, and also clear instructions about how to use it! The pre-installation site visit was efficient too.
HOT TUB ITSELF - we have previously moved up from an inflatable to a rigid foam, and now to this style of "more solid" hot tub. We wanted a compact one, just for two, so it is perfect. We didn't want anything too "fancy" and would probably have not chosen one with lights, but they are cool and we're glad we have them now! The jets are excellent, easy to adjust too, and just the right amount. Compared to our earlier hot tubs, this one is really quiet during it's heating up, and it also maintains it's set temperatures really well, even on frosty days so far! The cover is very easy to get off and on, with a useful lever.

Excellent after sales service provided by the Ultimate Hot Tub team. Reliable and thorough with servicing my Spa. Matt does a fantastic job, fixing a recent pump problem and fully maintaining the workings. Complimented by a total clean, making it look as good as new.
