I would definitely recommend Ultimate Hot Tubs to anyone looking to buy a hot tub from a company who delivers 5 Star service. When we visited the showroom it was clear that Jay was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions we had. The delivery was great and we have been enjoying the hot tub since! The customer service has been fantastic from start to finish. Thanks to Jay and the rest of the team for your help and guidance.

Very pleased with the service, Jay was helpful when we were in the showroom with lots of useful advice. Whenever I called or emailed him for advice he was always quick to respond and come delivery day he was even there to install it to. Can’t praise them enough for the wonderful service we had.

Great company to buy a hot tub from!

Hot tub is perfect, we spent ages in the shop with Kim going through all the models and balancing them up against what we wanted. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from them at all. Whilst we have no comparison hot tub, we ended up going with the Infinity Platinum 560 which holds its temperature very well, has low running costs and generally does everything very well!

As for installation, Jay and his team we also excellent, everything arrived on time and seemed to be easy for them to install. I'm quite a perfectionist and we spent ages getting the tub in the right position and they were happy to spend time with me to achieve this, they were good to have on site and were great to talk to!

A month later, we decided that we needed the tub spinning 90 degrees as the seats faced the wrong way in the garden (make sure when placing your tub you think about where the seats will be facing, it is something we overlooked, and we only thought about where the steps should be!). I phoned them up to ask them if they could help do this and they were more than happy to come over again and do this for me!

In a nut shell, great service from start to finish with a great end product to go with it.

Kim and Jay were so helpful in helping me choose a hot tub that would be right for my family's needs and we spoke to a few companies before deciding to choose a Riptide spa through Ultimate Hot Tubs. We felt Kim and Jay gave us great advice and when it came to purchasing their tub was perfect for us and we felt their service was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Tribute NXT purchased from Ultimate hot tubs. Have to say from the first visit to the showroom to the follow up call from Jay to ensure we were happy, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Good clear information and knowledge to allow us to be sure the right product choice, flexible delivery times and a great installation team. Went through controls and water are very well. There are much cheaper out there folks but do yourself a favor and deal with real people that care, well done Jay and team super job.

Excellent professional and friendly service from enquiry to installation

Highly recommend Ultimate Hot Tubs within Dobbies Garden Centre at Atherstone. Visited twice whilst looking around for a hot tub and received friendly, helpful advice with no pressurised selling. We were able to book a relaxing wet test with an informative tutorial about the model we were interested in and lucky enough to get a model in the colour and style that we wanted from their stock list in the warehouse. The organisation from deposit to delivery and installation was faultless from the team. We are extremely happy with our hot tub, a dream of mine for years, and have used it almost daily since we had it. A huge thanks to all involved with special mention to Jay and Tom for their invaluable assistance with the final push!
