We had our second hot tub from Ultimate Hot Tubs delivered about a month ago. Delivery and set was so easy with Jay and the team in charge. They have always been a pleasure to deal with over the years, whether it be a new hot tub, chemicals or just advice. Very knowledgeable staff and always happy to see you, I can’t fault them.

Superb service from start to finish.
Excellent company with exceptional customer service.
Jay was superb in assisting with choosing the correct product for us and the order and install process was smooth.
Installation was very good with the tub fully set up and ready to go. Everything was explained thoroughly. I would definately recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub or spa.

Brilliant company to deal with
The service, help, and advice we received from Jay and his mum was second to none. Nothing has been too much trouble and they accommodated us every step of the way, from arranging the crane, and carrying out the final part of the installation a short while after we took delivery (due to solar panels being fitted first)
