Interview with Crown Tours in Rome
I had two interviews with the HR team at Crown Tours in Rome. The interviews themselves went smoothly, and I appreciated being invited back. However, when I inquired about the working hours—specifically the 9.5-hour shifts and break times—I received no clear answer. The HR representative seemed uncomfortable with the question, which I found unprofessional.
Although I was told I would receive an update on my application, I never did, even after following up myself. I later received separate messages asking me to remove or modify my original review, which I found inappropriate.
Originally, I considered giving 2 stars based on the interview experience alone. However, due to the poor communication, lack of transparency, and attempts to influence my honest review, I believe 1 star is a more accurate reflection of my experience.
P.S. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I understand this review may not directly reflect Crown Tours' core services, but I believe the professionalism of an HR department reflects a company’s values. Since platforms like LinkedIn don’t offer a proper space to share this type of feedback, and Glassdoor tends to be less effective in Europe, I felt it was important to share here.
