We initially had a few issues with changing sail dates and cancellation fees we were unaware of, but we were able to get everything cleared up with Francine! She was very transparent and helpful; thanks to her we were able to move our cruise to a time & location that works better for us. We booked this for my mom's 60th birthday and just told her the surprise the other day- she's thrilled and we're all excited for the trip! Thank you so much Francine for your help!

You exclusions activity websites are not only one and price are different, also too expensive . Your 1800 phone number no one to pick when I wait to call at the midnight in USA and 9:00am in Italy.
