As iam not from the hospitality…

As iam not from the hospitality background so i wasn't aware about so many things but after reading all this im quite aware about retailing and how we can work as a good retailer, i have got to know alot about the cruise ship lifestyle how the life is gonna be in cruise ship also how i can learn more and more from each and every team member.

A Journey Fueled by Knowledge and Genuine Support


Completing the Cruise Retail Diploma – Introduction Level has truly been a game changer for me. The Academy didn’t just provide valuable knowledge, but also gave me the confidence to take the next step in my career. What really stood out to me was the support I received throughout the course – the feedback and follow-ups from the entire team made me feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and proud to be part of a community that uplifts and empowers learners across the oceans. Well-structured course with a good…

Well-structured course with a good overview of the role within Cruise Retail.

If I were to point out something less positive, it would be the heavy amount of text and the advanced language used.
Even for someone like me who usually has no problem reading large amounts of information, some pages felt quite exhausting to get through.

The content would benefit from better paragraph breaks and more concise sections. I understand that repetition helps with learning and retention, but at times it felt like the same points could have been made in a clearer, more straightforward way.

The language was also occasionally challenging for someone who is not a native English speaker.

Informative interview

My interview with Rob was great, as he was ready to learn more about my experiences and my goals at the moment, he presented projects that were suiting to my profile and was very informative, he gave me time go through the projects to understand which one would be the best for me at this moment of my career.

Great

It was a great experience to have the interview with Boutique Academy. They are very open and understanding about the business. As a former cruise ship crew member trying to return to the industry, I felt very comfortable talking to them — it felt like they had also worked on a ship before, so they really understand how things work in that world. They offer great opportunities for people who are not currently in the industry and want to come back. Yes, they are truly amazing and experienced!

Interview process

The first interview with Rob was very positive. He was honest and straightforward with the information he provided. It helped me get a better overview of the retail jobs and companies. He also answered the questions I had, he's clearly very knowledgable. He was very polite and professional.
