Very Good overall but it would be better if you could call the person you deal with direct. Emailing sometimes has a slowish response time and calling doesn't always get you who you want.

Cameron, our online consultant was efficient, quick and informative, on the ball, as usual. The online booking procedure was easily followed and informative.
I was slightly perturbed that having selected a cabin grade and location that we particularly wanted, when confirmation was received my booking was "on guarantee" meaning I could be put anywhere of that grade or above but I believe that was due to high number of bookings, so I do understand that. Anyrate, at such a bargain price we are not overly concerned !

After deciding to book a cruise to Fiji with another couple my friend rang and booked her cabin but when I rang few minutes later was told systems were down and to ring back later. When I rang back the operator took details but couldn't secure cabin that was showing as available and said they would ring me back. Operator rang back to apologise that cruise was sold out but did last check and a cabin became available as they were checking. I was fortunate to get the booking on same cruise as my friends - lesson learned to book group travel all at once!

From finding this cruise on Travelzoo to finalising the booking was effortless. Well done.

Service by Ben was excellent. He followed up and answered lots of questions for me. Great work Ben! Only issue was price quoted on site at time was not up to date and resulted in price increase.
