Super easy to deal with

Super easy to deal with. Came back to me within 24 hours to confirm availability. Booked in easily for the room we wanted. Recommended for those busy individuals who don’t have time to visit a travel agent in person.

Always easy to use and deal with

Always easy to use and deal with. Always have the best prices. But this is the second time we have tried to book a cabin and the advertised cabin is not available for the price advertised. You need to keep more up to date.

Great booking service, but follow up lacking.

Cameron was very helpful going beyond my expectations in finding the best cabin available. A much better experience than with another online cruise specialist used only a few months ago.
I did have to contact Cruise Sale Finder the next day with a question about my booking which I chose to do by email. My email went unanswered for three days so I followed up with a phone call however the call centre was busy so I left a message for a call back. After 24 hours no call back so I called again and did this time have my question addressed. This difficulty has soured the original experience somewhat.

Great way to book a cruise

Easy and quick way to book a cruise. Had to call after booking online to check something. My call was handled quickly and efficiently by a very friendly call center operator. Good pricing.

Quick and easy experience.

I received an email from Cruise Sale Finder which was promoting a fabulous Cunard sale. I immediately got on the phone and called their 1300 number and spoke with Marco who was fantastic. Marco organized everything in about ten minutes. It was quick and easy. I’m so excited about our upcoming cruise. A great first time experience with this company.
