Chat (written word is better, of course with a live person, not a chatbot.) or by phone, all details are defined more quickly and precisely. Communication by email is sometimes slow, which was not the case this time, the agent Violeta was prompt even on Sunday. After you receive an offer by mail, you can sleep and make a final decision tomorrow.
