Very bad I Paid for a crumpet bye one get one free and I still waiting over a month ago

item looked nothing like the picture on the website. Sent it back, waiting for a refund, no refund, no reply on phone or email.
improve your customer service please.

Pre ordered a cashmere throw with a dispatch date of July 9th. Still not received the throw, yet the company has taken the nearly £200 pounds from my bank account. There should be far better communication if there is a delay of this length, especially as there are so many bad reviews (which I wish I had read first). Not impressed. If the item does not turn up soon I will contact my bank to start a dispute claim in line with trading standards and consumer rights act 2015.

Spent Over £400.00 on 5 x items. Kept one and sent back the other 4. One was stained. THREE weeks later still no refund. They claimed they were 'away' after repeated calls and emails then they said they would issue issued my refund which they did a few days later and and then cancelled it. I have NO idea why. I have a tracked Royal mail singed for proof I sent the items back. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone from Crumpet Cashmere, emails are not answered. BEWARE. Total SCAM. I've lost my money and not sure I will get it back. Order placed 15th June - it is now 12th July........

Do not buy from this company, I bought an item in February and returned it in early March, I have send multiple emails and called multiple times. No one responds to any form of communication, I’m not out of pocket and still waiting for my money, don’t buy from this company.

I bought a black jumper and the actual product was very low quality and bad shape.
I sent it back immediately and after 1 month and countless emails, the company didn’t even bother to reply my mails or refund my money.
Do NOT ever shop from this brand!

I returned an item which did not look the same as on the website. They received the return as I tracked it, but still no refund three weeks later and not replying to emails.

My hoodie arrived expeditiously and it’s a lovely soft, warm, sexy and well made new addition to my wardrobe. I only wish I had purchased two, in order to give an Xmas gift to my mother, who is already covetous!

Not soft at all. Scratchy and itchy. Felt more like merino wool and not cashmere.
