Be careful Crumpler lies!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and even got work colleagues jumping on board buying bags from Crumpler. Anyways I had a bag that was under warranty for material damage and Crumpler agreed after awhile that it was in fact material damage and was told that Crumpler would compensate a new bag. But unfortunately after weeks I come to find out that it was sent to the wrong address. The address I sent to Crumpler was not the address Crumpler had put down and the new bag was sent to the wrong address. It’s been 5 months since starting this complaint and no one is helping or responding to my emails now! Worse customer service and one very frustrating experience. CRUMPLER I want my bag! It shouldn’t take 5 months!!! They even lied about sending another bag to me and somehow forgot to get a tracking number! And obviously still no bag? Shame on you Crumpler! And very unprofessional!
