I have been attempting to return a bag I purchased from Crumpler through the Shop App. They are making the process of return incredibly difficult. I have received no response from multiple emails.
If contacted, they don’t respond!
Sono tra i pochi ad offrire prodotti unici e introvabili in termini di resistenza (ombrelli e non solo); ma quando li ho contattati per fornire informazioni e facilitare la consegna (l'indirizzo risultante dalla tracciatura era incompleto nonostante avessi fornito quello giusto), non hanno risposto!
They are among the few who offer unique and hard-to-find products in terms of durability (umbrellas and more). Still, when I contacted them to provide information and facilitate delivery (the tracking address was incomplete even though I had provided the correct one), they didn't respond!

I ordered a bag, waited almost a month, and received nothing.
I wrote to the email address, the contact form on the website, and Facebook, but no one responded.
A month later, my order was simply canceled.
Disappointed – poor quality bag and unresponsive company
purchased the Dinky Di Messenger 14 in July from Crumpler EU, which arrived at the end of the month. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish.
The bag itself is questionable in quality. Although advertised as fitting a 14" laptop, it is unnecessarily oversized, and the strap/adjustment system is awkward and poorly designed. Instead of a premium messenger bag, it feels more like a bulky, badly made vinyl satchel.
Worse still, Crumpler EU’s customer service is effectively non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to arrange a return (as per their stated policy), their returns email does not work, their general info address receives no reply, and even their online contact form goes unanswered. Post-purchase, I received no tracking updates or delivery communication either.
For a bag costing over £128, I expected far better quality and service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Crumpler EU. Strongly suggest avoiding if you value responsiveness, product quality, and attention to detail.

Nice bag, but don't expect an answer if you need help with a product that, contrary to expectations, has broken.

Crumpled by Crumpler
The zipper of my not-so-cheap Crumpler backpack broke. I notified the company. No response. Tried again. No response. I tried 5 times and they just don’t respond. This is supposed to be a top brand. This is a great opportunity for the company to show that they care. But they don’t, apparently.

I am posting this to pass on my experience about the poor service that I have received regarding my request for a customer return of products bought from my home address in the UK from a supplier of Crumpler products in Germany.
I sent three emails over the last 2/3 weeks requesting a return of a Crumpler product and have received no response at all.
I live in the UK and purchased the item from a store called Bagmania in Germany, but the lack of customer service provided to me is perhaps because the UK is no longer in the EU, as the return policy seems straightforward enough for those other countries in the EU.
I only wished to return my products bought in good faith from Crumpler suppliers, and initiated all of this within my 14 day return period, but have heard absolutely nothing back and I am very disappointed.
I understood that I would pay for the return postage, that was not an issue, but my experience reflects so badly on Crumpler as a company and its products.
I have seen other complaints of a similar nature of this site so felt compelled to leave mine here too.
No aftersales or warranty, no communication
I contacted Crumpler.eu (Bagmania) on August 16th 2024 with a warranty request for my bag, which had a loose stitch at the laptop compartment zipper, making it unusable for travel.
I sent the bag in for repair on August 28th, and it arrived shortly after. Their policy states no updates will be provided if the repair is processed, so I waited.
However, after months of silence and multiple follow-ups—on October 16th, October 22nd, November 21st, and January 21st — I received no response to emails or calls (voicemail only).
At this point, I consider my bag a loss as I don't believe it will ever be repaired.
This lack of communication is deeply disappointing and disrespectful to customers. Having spent around €200 on this bag and accessories, I expected better service. While Australian Crumpler may not oversee EU operations directly, this experience tarnishes their reputation as well. Never again.
Update: 23th December, I suddenly got a package it was my bag. Unbelievable more than one year (only 493 days) for a zipper repair 😂..
Rubbish company
Rubbish company. Won't buy anything from them again. The warranty they offer is useless. The don't answer emails. Not worth it. Have emailed them everywhere about my broken case which is under warranty, send them proof , messages on Facebook, instagram etc - NO RESPONSE. You have been warned. Similar to all the other comments here. Zero star if I that were possible

I am having great trouble reaching Crumpler for a return. So far, I have written numerous emails but haven't gotten a reply. I tried calling all the numbers on their website but could not get through. My dad bought me a backpack in November, but delivery took forever, and it didn't arrive before late in December. I ended up getting the bag as a Christmas present - and now it's past the 30-day return date, but it is too big for my needs, so I need to exchange it for a smaller size. As far as I understand, I need to get a confirmation from Crumpler before I send the backpack return, which is why I haven't sent it yet. Does anyone know how to reach Crumpler? Future customers, be advised: Crumplers bags are great quality, but there's no customer service, and delivery is very slow.
No refund, no contact, no nothing
I ordered a (very expensive!) camera bag, but was dissapointed with the quality, so I sent it back. I could see the parcel was delivered to them >4weeks ago, but no refund, no confirmation, nothing.
I emailed them four times already, no response. I will file a formal complaint, this is theft. Merry Christmas.

Ordered a bag on 7th June it's now the 28th of June, no delivery, no answer to any of my emails since.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THEM
UPDATE they finally sent the bag in the end and it's good, just would've been been better if they had answered my emails or sent one to inform me the item had been shipped.

I paid in advance, and you sent me the wrong product. I emailed you 2 days ago asking how to return the package and get the correct one to me. No reply yet... Not even a "thank you, we have received your messsage, and will come back to you". Nothing but silence. I'm not happy.

I bought a bag, in the technical spec were the dimensions of the laptopcompartiment 43.0 x 29.0 x 1.7 cm. my laptop is 41 x 28 x 1,6cm and the bag is to small. I Can't close the zipper completely
