Mostly satisfied, but the shipping status was unclear and it was uncertain when it would arrive. Also, the motor for the "pitch" on the IR Turret does not work correctly, as it gets really hot and was... See more

Ordered our first box almost 2 weeks…
Ordered our first box almost 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. I’ve also called but no one has really helped me. UPDATE- they sent a replacement box and after 4 weeks of not receiving anything and a very sad 7 year old they told me I would need to wait another 1-2 weeks for the 2nd replacement box so I just cancelled and got a refund. Biggest scam ever

The box arrived opened
The box arrived opened, held closed by a sticky dot that was broken. Nothing was lost, but we expected more engineering on the package. Project assembly was fine and fun. My daughter assembled most of it on her own.

The book was great and easy to order
The book was great and easy to order. Unfortunately I thought it had read that it would come before Easter and it didn't.

We were just so excited when we got the crunchlabs buildbox.
Very Successful 10th Birthday Present
I purchased the 1 year box subscription for my grandson's 10th birthday and he was floored! His reaction was priceless!
Fun but not very sturdy for kids
My boys enjoyed building their disc shooter. The directions were easy to follow. Unfortunately, it broke after the first 3 or 4 times they used it showing our family what they had built. Hopefully future projects will be sturdier since they are intended for kids.

Asking for the cancelation of build box took a while. But the hack pack subscription is good.

The delivery process was quick without the expedited shipping. My son loves the box and can’t wait for the 2nd one.
First box STILL NOT HERE! Update: it arrived!
We live in Ireland and ordered our subscription on the 4th of March. We just received an email that our second box has now been shipped. We STILL haven't received the first one! I understand this is international shipping, but when my mom sends something from USA it takes 14 days maximum! It's been over 5 weeks now. I'm just worried they're all going to get lost! We spent a LOT of money for this. A huge part of which was shipping.
My daughter with Down's Syndrome is sooooooo excited to get started! But when will that happen?
Disappointed in Ireland

UPDATE: Finally here!
I only had to be patient a little longer. We built it immediately and she's been shooting targets ever since! Thank you!
Relieved in Ireland,
Melissa and Madi

My son received his first box for Easter. The welcome letter and video were great introductions into what was to come. Very unique way to get kids engaged and excited about learning. My son was very proud of his first completed project and I was impressed with the quality.
My son felt proud
We ordered this as a gift for our son. It arrived quickly and he was so excited. We built our first kit tonight and I was impressed with how relatively quickly and easily it came together. My son is young but he was easily able to do the majority of the steps on his own with some light guidance. He felt proud and really enjoyed it!
