We got the wrong package shipped: hackpack ordered, build box received.

Awesome product. Super easy to order. My now 9 year old got a subscription for his birthday as a joint present from his aunts and uncles. He LOVES it. He enjoyed watching the video and is now showing his disc launcher to the neighborhood kids. Thank you!

The product is great and the video on the site is extremely useful. It was a pleasant experience for both my 8-year-old son and me. It takes 3 weeks from the States to Romania, but it's worth it.

We are three months in and so far my eight year-old has really enjoyed the builds. Great thing to look forward to to challenge the minds away from the screen.

My nephew loves this. I get videos showing me his finished product. He is excited for the first of the month when he knows his next project will come in the mail. One video showed him going to the mailbox to see if it was there. Very grateful for this experiential learning option that makes a cool gift idea. Pretty awesome that I’m still a cool Aunt as a result.

Easy to sign up for a subscription. The package arrived quite promptly and my grandson was so surprised for his birthday!!!

The product was well made and my grandsons were able to follow the instructions and put it together. They were thrilled.

My son received the turret as the first item in the package we purchased. He enjoyed putting it together and playing with it. On the third day of having it the pitch motor was acting up and not longer works properly. Upon research I am being told I need to Get a replacement motor. Spending the money for the package I and my son were both disappointed that is was not working properly so quickly.

My kiddos are absolutely fascinated by their HackPack! It’s a great way for them to learn and explore even further! Being able to learn the basics of engineering, programming and interacting with AI in such a simple and enjoyable way is one of the best gifts that you have enabled us parents to give our children.
We have an annual subscription to the Hack Pack for teenagers and adults, and we highly recommend it.

My son and family were very disappointed with the first kit they have received. They put the disc thrower together but the motor didn’t work. Is it possible to send another disc kit to her?

The red wire was stripped from the battery pack. Pretty disappointing for my little dude who received the first box for his 7th birthday. We ordered a replacement on Amazon.

This was my daughter’s favorite birthday present! She turned 10 in March and a CrunchLabs subscription was the only thing she really wanted. She said she wants to be an Engineer in the future so that she can build and invent cool, new things. My 5 yr old son now wants one for his birthday in November. 10/10 recommend it!
