My son has been watching Mark Rober for quite a while now and he was overwhelmed with joy that he was able to build something that he saw on the show! He is bright-minded and creative and I feel that this allowed him to feel capable and even more interested in science and engineering than he was before! We are both stoked to see what comes next month!

I tried to call five days in a row with no answer. I tried to order online several times and the page that finalizes things wouldn't load. I finally contacted your team via Instagram and got it resolved. One of the pieces in the kit broke and had to be repaired. We have purchased kiwi crates for years and never had these issues. I'm very concerned about my purchase.

My granddaughter absolutely loves getting these in the mail! They give her an outlet for creativity and child play. Any reason to get them off the screens!!

It built a fun device while keeping interest through the build

It was easy to sign up and the communication from the time it was packaged and shipped was awesome
We actually got our first box today and my son is 8 and enjoyed it and is excited for next weeks . It was easy to put together and fun to watch him figure it out by the video.

My 6 yo child and his father built it together. They were all smiles the whole time and super excited. Played with it for a long while after it was done too. This will be a good bonding item for them.

Sent wrong box but corrected the error with ease. Customer service is amazing to work with.

This was a gift for our son and he loved building it. Had fun adding stuff to it and making mini movies to submit. He is looking forward to building out his town.

My son loves his monthly buildbox. One of our parts broke and was reasonably replaced within a week or so.

Extremely unhappy with the crunchlab subscription. After my son has been watching many time the crunchlab Netflix series asked for a subscription. We’ve purchased it on April 3rd, 2026, they’ve created a shipping label a week after the order has been placed after I’ve called them to inquire about the order. The order has never left production facility. Called back a week later was told the package is lost and they will send another one, created a new shipment label. Another week passed, same story, never left the facility. Called them back and requested a full refund and cancellation, was told to give it a chance as they have been updated on some issues related to shipments. They constantly create new labels or come up with different excuses and stories. I don’t trust this company and cannot believe Netflix plays his series to make people believe it is a legitimate business. Very disappointing and more sad about seeing my son’s disappointment. I would give it 0 starts if I could at this point.

My grandson enjoys his subscription very much!

It's not that the company is so bad, because the toys are fun and my grandson loves them, but it is the shipping company they use that is horrible.
Apparently, they use a third-rate company that then hands the package off to the USPS for final delivery. I've been on the phone with them numerous times to no avail, as it keeps happening every month. They are fully aware of the situation and are looking for a new distributor, while my grandson suffers. Be sure to look at your payment method, because it automatically renews next year, and they WILL NOT be getting me back next year!
