Can't enjoy my new shoes because DHL Parcel has not delivered it although they say they did it. Two days later I still have not received any answer from their side. You should change your delivery company.

We checked your order and see that it was placed on 21 September and shipped by us on 22 September. The email with the tracking code was automatically sent to the email address used when placing the order. According to the tracking information, the parcel was on its way to you on 25 September, but since then it seems to be on hold.
We will therefore start an investigation with the carrier to find out where the parcel is and why it has not yet been delivered. We will also send you this information by email so you have it directly in writing.
Please note that delivery times given to the customer in writing are indicative and not binding. Packages may be unexpectedly delayed by the postal services. The Cruyff Online Store has no control over this and cannot be held liable for such delays. (This is also stated in our terms and conditions.)

Practically scammers
Purchased multiple times. This time returned several shirts because they didn't fit. They pretended they didn't receive the package even though I have all the documentation and a post office receipt that it was received by them. They don't want to refund the money and have stopped responding. Terrible customer support. I will never buy from them again. Practically scammers.
