Packages falsely advertised as available
When you book, you are not guaranteed the cruise package you booked. They may contact you sometime later to inform you that the package is unavailable, after you've booked flights and accommodations for the rest of your trip.
This is very bad practice. The website shouldn't advertise unavailable packages. It takes them days to refund your money after the error.
(Their customer service team—who I feel sorry for—is polite, however.)
Ao reservar, não tem garantia do pacote de cruzeiro que reservou. Podem contactá-lo algum tempo depois para informar que o pacote não está disponível, após ter reservado voos e alojamento para o resto da viagem.
Esta é uma prática muito má. O site não deveria anunciar pacotes indisponíveis. Levam dias para reembolsar o seu dinheiro após o erro.
