I've been working with customer support and the technical team to resolve a bug when cancelling the savings account and staked crpt token. Unfortunately it has been weeks and I'm still missing over HALF of my tokens after cancelling their savings account.

The site and app constantly have issues logging in and I find it not very intuitive. Products and services are slim and cost extra. Was a promising investment at first but now left very disappointed and feeling forgotten as we struggle to get clear communication and timelines established with their support teams.

I have only good things to say about Crypterium - the wallet is easy to use, transferring in/out is a breeze. The ability to stake/save is very attractive at very good APY rates. The AI based prediction engine is great, with useful filtering enabling you to swap between coins with no costs. Another useful and time saving feature is the algo based investment vehicles - I love this!

Keep it up, more users and attention will see CRPT grow in value quickly - bring on a bill run :-)

Hello , I'm a crypterium user for the past one year and their service is really really good and I think there customer service is one of the fastest in the business so far because their crypterium support team is 24/7 and I haven't experienced any of issues I seen some saying it here , but I want to suggest crypterium for adding more coins to the app .

❌❌❌ Beware ❌❌❌. You will not have access to your crypto. They do not operate in 170 countries. Not even close. The card is impossible to use. They block your account for no reason and lock your funds. Take months to resolve if you are lucky. Look at the patterns of good reviews. All same day. They emailed me last year and offered 5 crpt for good reviews here and App Store. Please research before using. They are harming the adoption of crypto in the mainstream by horrible service for new users. You have been warned.

Update now they are trying to launch Choise token.... They cant successfully get Crypterium running yet plan to launch a new project. I feel so bad for the people they are robbing.

Hello I have read and seen bad reviews about this company on YouTube. I can actually say I have not had any problems with this company. My withdraw and exchanges of funds have been excellent. Their fees are are reasonable if any. I think they are a great company. Transactions are easy to navigate and process. I hope they are a successful company. I will continue to use them. Plus they are still growing so you have to give them time. I am unable to receive their plastic card but I just withdraw to my bank and it's all good. Thanks crypterium for your service.

After more than a month, my problem of not being able to get my money out of my Crypterium account is still not resolved.

At the beginning of November, I realized that my ID card and passport would expire in less than 3 months, which cancelled the verification of my identity by Crypterium. As a result, I now have a large sum of money blocked with them with no way to recover it.....

As my passport and ID card were recently renewed, I thought I would be able to unblock the situation, but Crypterium's interface now prevents me from doing any identity verification!

I immediately reported this bug to the hotline and have been told to wait without receiving a response.... for over a week!

I understand the need for KYC verification and am trying to comply but if Crypterium's interface is preventing me from doing KYC verification while at the same time my money is blocked, it is not a good service.
