Good platform with great service, but need to inform about de-listing of coins
Easy to use app. Very quick en solid response from the Cryptology team regarding questions, any concerns or needed assistance.
Only downside I experienced, they do not notify you (in advance) when a crypto coin gets delisted.
I have experienced this when Turbo coin got delisted on their platform, and all of a sudden my coins were missing in my account.
When contacting them, they immediately checked what was going on and informed the coin got delisted.
To compensate, they refunded me in USDT with the amount equivalent to the highest price of Turbo coin in that week and they put the USDT on my account with 24 hours.
So all in all a solid platform, they just need to inform people when they plan on delisting a coin.

To be honest for this time can only give them 3 star as was scared in the past 2 years I made a sign up on their website and made my own research from reviews around the world for three months after that I made a payment and left my funds on their platform for three months after that I withdrew my funds back and stayed until today 09/08/2024.
When come back again on the date mentioned telling myself that they flew away I found that the website it still strong with the new features so today I think I can work together with the platform an invest more hoping that my funds will be secured thanks a million cryptology team
