They offer extremely high APR on stable coin savings. Trading fees and spreads are pretty high too. I could move crypto in and out but a SEPA wire failed. Support suddenly started talking to me in Russian and some research shows most of the team is Russian. As I was already suspicious of how safe the company is I closed my account.

Initiated a withdrawal of USDT since yesterday 19/11/2021 still yet to receive it in my wallet despite them charging me 10% for withdrawal fee using TRC20 network.

A simple interface, you can understand the specifics of trading and other issues using the training section. Nice exchange, I use it for a year, good bonuses for trading and deposit. Withdrawal fees are low. Imo volume is fine, no problems with trading. My suggestion - use futures but don't put x100 if your trading balance is low, you will get liquidation. Get profit/close trade options are working fine.

Initially, I thought they were a very reputable and fair company. However, I've come to realize that they utilize every avenue to exploit their users and steal some of their money. They abuse their terms and conditions to do as they wish.

Imagine, just because I reside in a certain country, I was being forced to pay a fee of 10% of the withdrawn coin amount while attempting to withdraw despite not violating any of the website's terms and conditions.

What is more surprising, is this particular fee isn't shown anywhere on their website. Obviously, they intend to trap some of their unaware users who are unfortunate to be a citizen of a flagged country into paying the absurd fee after they have deposited, then bought some coins. Which is a very scammy tactic to use.

I'd advise anybody who doesn't want to waste their time and money not to use the website to buy crypto at all. There are much better and more trustworthy websites that can be used. Don't let the attractive website and their low debit card deposit fee deceive you.
