Amazing Microblades BUT sent incorrect items (twice!!)
Wanted to start this by saying I absolutely LOVE the Microblades. Incredibly smooth on the skin - no pulling etc as I have found with some other brands. HOWEVER, I’m super disappointed - this is my second order and unfortunately it is the second time I have been sent incorrect items or items have been missing from the order. Particularly when paying out for next day delivery - in the hope of receiving CORRECT items the next day!! Your products are amazing, but please work on sending out the correct ones!!! X

I've been a nail technician for 2 years now. I was reluctant to buy crystalum as they are a bit pricier than some companies.
I wish I'd purchased from them months ago! I absolutely love my ceramic bits. I was really happy I could buy left handed bits too.
The efile bits are high quality and make my life a lot easier. Will be keeping my eye out for more left handed bits. I'd love it if they made a large barrel crosscut diamond bit.
